    I am a man in his 20’s who is the author of stayfitbug.com. I am also a former athlete turned fitness guru who has been building muscle successfully on and off for the past 12 years, So I know a thing or two about what it takes to change your body for the better! I have also been running online businesses for the past 4-5 years.

    The Story Behind The Ebook

    This e-book was inspired by a popular blog post on unique bodyweight exercises, and it was then that I found out how popular bodyweight exercises are. I had also become aware of how much some people love ‘tweaked exercises’.

    (And rightly so!)

    That's why I made sure that this ebook contained a wide variety of body weight exercises that you can perform. A library of exercises large enough to ensure that when you do reach a plateau, you always have a new exercise to turn to in order to switch things up in your routine.

    Since then, I have written numerous articles on the topic , while putting many new ideas into practice in my own workouts. Ideas which have now been embedded in the structure of this ebook which consists of,

    I've been in the fitness and bodybuilding game for years now, and I know how crucial performing bodyweight exercises can be to building an optimum body and fitness through working out (especially for the long term). In fact, I would go as far as to say that bodyweight exercises are more important to focus on than common machine exercises in the gym or using free weights, mainly because of the ability to perform them anywhere at almost anytime.



    But there is one thing that could stop you on your track on the road to improvement...

    If you really are going to take your workouts seriously, and if you really are serious about achieving real results, then diving head first into a routine is just bad planning. You may get some good results in the beginning.
