We’ll start the Strength and exercise progression module.
 
Just think of any exercise that you’ve performed.
 
What we’ll start doing. Is progressing to the most difficult variation of the exercise.
 
Let’s look at the squat.
 
A 60-100% S-curvish squat may look like….
 
> Squat
> Slow squat rep (5 second count to the bottom)
> Isolation hold and mini bounce
> Using a dumbbell… Increasing the weight we use… Over time
 
 
 
It’s a constant battle to continue to shock your body. The more you shock it, the increased chances of you triggering your muscle to change shape.
 
That’s what we did with this lady…
 
 
And there was a 4 month time period… Of watching her pull up numbers go from 0-10. And then she was addicted to keep going further.
 
Which is the ideal position to be in.
 
It’s a ‘success’ mindset. Which is what happened to all > these people. And why they got results.
