Hi Joey

You can choose many of our own workouts from here >>> http://www.stayfitbug.com/category/bugs-workout-routines

But for a well rounded DONE-FOR-YOU solution, check this out >>> http://www.31dayshredwithbulk.com/fitness-model-diet-plan-male-fitness-model-diet

hi, I'm a 14 year old male. I do swimming, soccer and basketball. I need a good complete workout routine that I can do 3 times a week so that I look great, am the strongest and best, and grow to my full potential (high testosterone and growth hormone from working out, and not being stunted by intense workout).

Many thanks

Hi Ahmed

Well... it's good to stick to a routine for a maximum of 12 weeks. Then it's a good idea to analyze your results and switch up the routine based on what you find. Since we are on the topic of bodyweight exercises, feel free to watch the video on this page, which launched today.

http://www.stayfitbug.com/unique-bodyweight-exercise-ebook

That should make things a little clearer. Let me know if there's anything else you need to know.

Here's an article you might like

http://www.stayfitbug.com/the-fitness-bug/why-you-need-to-create-the-super-hero-look-v-shape

http://www.stayfitbug.com/the-fitness-bug/the-order-of-human-fat-loss

As you can see, there is no way to gauge where you lose fat. But the solution is diet (non-processed foods) and short burst workouts. I'm not sure how important bodyweight exercises are to you right now, but a new product launch is coming up on the 30th, and this version of the ebook will have short burst bodyweight routines to help with those annoying layers of fat.

The FREE bonuses include

15 non-crunch exercises
foods for fat loss
And the free report which you can grab now. http://www.stayfitbug.com/the-fitness-bug/bodyweight-exercise-bonanza-v3-0

The only other routines I have up that relate to this is a 3 day split routine which you can read here...

Hi Nathan

Two things

1) Reduce the cause of stretching
2) Increase elasticity of your skin.

Creams like cocoa butter
Stay hydrated
Take vitamins A,E,C

3) Getting rid of them

Exfoliate everyday
Use Vic's vapour rub on your skin every night
Tanning - This is one of the pro's of tanning. If done right, you can eliminate them completely. Make sure you consult with your doctor and use a recommended sun screen.
Vitamin E Gel - Use this on your skin for about 2 weeks straight, directly on the stretch mark areas

Medical procedures include...

Microdermabrasion
Endermologie
Laser Therapy
Cosmetic Surgery

These are things you can look into in the future, but try the above first.
