Hi JP

It's great to hear that this relates to your experiences. The harder challenges are indeed something that the majority of people shy away from, hence see the lack of desired results. Especially in bodybuilding. Maybe I'll introduce a challenges section to the site after the launch of the program.

This is a great mentality for any challenge, not just bodybuilding. The article makes a lot of strong points. I've been gaming all my life and probably longer than most people who read this article, and yet as an adult I find myself doing exactly what the opening paragraph suggests; turning off my games and shying away from the harder challenges, not because I don't have the time, but because I'm afraid of getting frustrated or defeated. I've stopped competing online, I don't play difficulty levels past "normal" or "medium" and I can't remember the last time I actually beat a game, even though I play a whole lot.

Even though I'm not interested in becoming a bodybuilder, I am interested in training myself to overcome my cowardice and "manning up", as it were, to face all the challenges in my life, from video games and beyond. And maybe remastering my favorite pasttime, video games, is the key to doing that.

Why Playing Video Games Will Make You A Better Bodybuilder | Stay-Fit Bug...

Becoming really good at anything will require you to fail quite a lot. This happens quite a lot when playing video games and playing more of them may leads to success elsewhere....
