So… The world has turned health conscious crazy over night eh. With all the coronavirus craziness going on.
 
We can’t control what the media and government decides to put out into the world. But we can always control what WE do and how WE react!
 
Today is all about what you should have always been doing with nutrition. So that you stay healthy and to prevent yourself from becoming unhealthy.
 
 
But before we get into that…
 
I have to re-highlight why living an S-curve Xperience lifestyle is important. Especially now that this crisis has made the world ‘stop’.
 
Seriously… It’s like something new, every single day.
 
 
⁣- Walking into banks… Hands getting sanitised.⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣
 
– Walking into buildings… Checks temperature at forehead.⁣
 
– Cancellations of ALL flights.
 
– Cancellations of ALL kind of events… Many of which… Are considered S-curve Xperience events that we enjoy at parts three and four of the Xperience.
 
This unfortunate virus event… Has fortunately shined a light on the benefits of the S-curve member program.
 
Which fixes your mindset and body… REGARDLESS of where you are in the world!
 
It’s been that way… Since forever.
 
Either way… This virus sh*t will end at some point. But from now until then… And if you’re now stuck at home.

This virus has barely affected me. Because me… And like many others in S-curve world. We’re working remotely.

And any offline activity. Consists of very little human to human contact… Outside of being naturally social.
 
My ‘meet 1-5 people daily’ shenanigans.

But I’m not doing that NOW. And I can choose not to. Because I’m living a variation of the > S-curve Xperience lifestyle.
 
This is why YOU need to live some variation of it too.
 
Everyone wants to. But usually…
 
 
1. Don’t know how to.
 
2. Aren’t in a hurry to… Being comfortable.
 
 
Well… Right now. Life has become very uncomfortable. And it sucks to be forced into a situation.
 
Prevention is always better than detection.

Now…

Nutrition coaching has been the core focus for a while now. Within the S-curve member program.
 
Why?
 
Because it’s where everyone screws up. And 99% of people don’t realise it. Because they’re stuck in a rut.
 
– Eating the same foods
– Sticking to the same routines
– Sticking to the same food intake levels
 
Stick with that… Nothing changes.
 
And so… Food variety is embraced from the get-go, for S-curve members.

However… Goals do vary, within the age ranges…
 
– 18-25 Almost all physical goals
 
– 25-35 Physical, mental, lifestyle goals
 
– 35-45 Less physical, more mental, more health goals
 
– 45-60 All health and mental goals
 
Yup… And it makes sense as to why ‘health’ is the no.1 area of concern, in the 45+ age group.
 
Simply because… A body that’s been around longer, may be open to more going wrong with it.
 
But… It could, should and does start young in our world.
 
Even me… I stopped drinking fizzy drinks as the norm, at age 16. Ironically… Was my first active ‘fitness’ year.
 
After not wanting to be the > ‘skinny guy’ any more.
