Buzzers… Thursday…
The more ‘sh*t’ changes… The more it stays the same.

Change is good. It brings excitement into your life and opens up new doors and pathways, that you wouldn’t usually see, if you just stuck with the everyday norm.

However… It’s also good to stick to tried and trusted things in your life at times too. Like those few ‘very good’ friends that you can count on one hand (Or a few fingers).

And that reason right there… Is why past members from 2010 and beyond… Have been showing up again this month.

Because what we did together in the past, worked well for them.

Their situation may be different today. But on the age timeline… It’s only 5-7 years.

– 18-25 Almost all physical goals
– 25-35 Physical, mental, lifestyle goals
– 35-45 Less physical, more mental, more health goals
– 45-60 All health and mental goals

So not much would have changed for them @ goals.

If you are a past member, that has been reading these newsletters. Then simply… F**k all the sh*t that you’ve been seeing via the main program (Stage 1-4) iterations that you’ve seen appear on the newsletter this year.

Those are mostly targeted @ FitBuzzers who want to become S-curve members for the first time.

And YOU know what your first time was like @ past members :).

Now let’s have some quick fire blueprint tips… Since some of you messaged yesterday @ liking it…

#1 If you’re going to cheat snack… Do it with fruit. At least on your journey to (At least) 60% S-curvish.

That way… You’ll never crave for cheat snacks that look like my > birthday cake from 2 days ago.

Pineapple, bananas and raisins rank highly here. You’ll learn why, during our 121 coaching sessions. Which is usually dominated by nutrition talk.

#2 We avoid low calorie eating days and slow go cardio sessions (For any period longer than 3 weeks)… Because that shreds ‘body weight’ aka fat AND muscle.

You’ll want to keep as much muscle as possible. And focus on shredding as much fat as possible

S-curve formula.

Ok… That wasn’t really ‘quick fire’. But take note… Nonetheless!
