The crazy thing about that… Is that the vibe starts off with just a few people.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣

⁣⁣And just like the flu. It just spreads. And everyone has no choice but to be sick with #goodvibes.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣

⁣⁣It’s the same thing with #negativevibes.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣

And throughout the year… There’s a good dose of both @ positive and negative.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣

The world is at peace right now.
 
So you’re probably feeling optimistic at present.
 
As usual though… Everything that you planned in your head for 2020, will fly right out of the window, once everyone starts to wake up and start taking action @ daily life.
 
You don’t have to react to the actions of everyone around you. But it’s inevitable that you will have to react to some.
 
Because you’re human.
 
Life works… By interacting with other humans.
 
 
Today… We are an S-curve Xperience (Aka a way of living/lifestyle).
 
And part of our goal… Is to enable YOU to have more control over the things that happen in your life.
 
Partly due to the ever evolving S-curve partner program.
 
 
Now… I talked about setting plans.
 
This will look different for everyone. But if you’re present here (Almost everyone in the new FB group).

Then… Your life in 2020 should mimic some variation of the 12 month timeline that I’m about to present to you.
 
Yes… It’s been highlighted before. But…
 
1. There’s new people arriving in our world, every single day (Who need to be educated).
 
2. Attention spans across the board… Are shorter than ever (Sh*t… We now have past S-curve members who paid to be so… And forget that they did – Crazy).
 
Anyway…
 

January to March 2020

For those who need to Become S-curvish
 
You might be a part of the ‘January rush’ of people. You might not be.
 
Either way… Choosing to become an S-curve member, makes that fact irrelevant.
 
Because you’ll never be THAT person, ever again.
 
You know… People who set resolutions within the first 20 days of every new year. To then fail @ life… for the rest of the year.
 
January to March gives us 90 days to reach at least 60% ‘soft lean’ S-curvish.

And we’re aiming for March. Because that’s when everyones ‘fun” plans start to kick into gear.
 
And hopefully… Some of those plans will be…
 
– Instigated by what you’ve seen via stayfitbug.com/social media profiles.
 
– For some of you.. Xperienced with us, in person!

There’s two ways to start…
 
1. The ‘Become an S-curve member’ page…
 
$150 for your first Pay as you go month is what most people need to be on.
 
2. A tailored Paypal payment link. Like this…
 
 
The price reflects the type of plan we agree you should be on. After having a deep 121 chat. Where all the following questions are answered…
 
 
1) Are you on FB messenger? (Compulsory now… @ you don’t need to be ‘on’ Facebook, the website).

2) Your age/weight/height (To tailor your nutrition plan).

3) The foods you can’t eat or don’t like… Also, the foods that you actually eat on a weekly basis.

4) If you’ll be working out at home or the gym…

5) Your ‘work life’ schedule.

6) If you’re a beginner, intermediate or advanced trainee with weight training….

7) The main problem areas that you want to fix on your body.

8) A day one selfie/belfie if possible.

9) Have you experienced any pain or injury that still affects you today?

10) The time you’ll workout + Current home equipment
 
 
For those who don’t need to Become S-curvish
 
 
This all depends on what you like within the S-curve Xperience.
 
We have…
 
 
– Married men/Women.
 
– Men/Women who are fans of the lifestyle (Watch > MY FB stories – The other ‘stories’ don’t contain any personal posts. Just S-curve Xperience ones).
 
– 16-21 year old ‘new’ S-curve partner program folk, who are kick starting their careers. Aka… Building up their following/presence.
 
– People who know/Have met ME… And are following, mostly for that reason.
 
 
So ya… If you fit into any of the above. Then we should just talk 121.
 
If not… Just browse around the website and choose what you want to get into.
 

April to June

Becoming S-curvish is a very ‘involving’ process.
 
It’s all about connecting with you, on a much, much deeper level, than what happens on public social media.
 
Which is why many past S-curve members still have a presence in our world.
 
Because the memories that you create, with people you work closely with, aren’t forgotten in a hurry.
 
You can Become an S-curve member at any time.
 
But for this post. It’s all about starting the year in the right way. And the easiest time to embrace this, is at the start of the year, when it’s peaceful. 
 
It’s harder to do between April – June. Which is why many don’t decide to start the process of Becoming S-curvish, then.
 
April – June are all about living up the fun parts of the S-curve Xperience.
 
Let’s ‘video’… Via some S-curve world partners… @ what that looks like…
At this point. You have…
 
– Habit building shenanigans set in your system.
 
– Reached 60-100% S-curvish… A level where you worry about your results… Less. A level where you can (And probably will) workout less. Or at least embrace > TDE/SSS videos.
 
– Gotten at least half way through the Strength and exercise progression module (Everyone who has previously failed… Hasn’t done this. Which is partly why they previously failed).
 
– Are VERY familiar with how to deal with food.

July to September

It’s basically the same as April – June.
 
However…
 
Some words about the process…
 
Becoming S-curvish takes time. And you’ll still be active, long after you achieve results. Because that’s how you keep results.
 
When you start as an S-curve member… We work in 4-6 week time periods. And we break away from all S-curve workout activity for 7-10 days… 4 times a year.
 
We’re never ‘hard at it’… All the time.
 
That’s a sh*t life that people don’t/won’t stick to.
 
These breaks allow us to…
 
– Let our bodies refeed properly. Since ‘resting’ takes us our bodies out of a muscle wasting state.
 
– Let’s us enjoy our lives.
 
Yet… You’re still in the process of Becoming S-curvish. And… In the process of keeping your head in the right place.
 
– 121 coaching chats
– Supplements like > Hunter/Genius
 
So September to July… Is usually a mix of…
 
– Having a ton of fun
 
– Remaining/Gaining ‘S-curvish’ at a pace that you’re happy with.
 
 

Fall season

It’s all about looking forward to the binge fest… That many of us are experiencing right now in December.

To conclude

If you’re present here… Then your life will look like some variation of the above.
 
We’re simply setting up processes… That increase your odds of having your plans, go the way that you want them to go. In 2020 and beyond.
 
Your existence here is a part of that formula.
