		<description>You have the right idea for sure. The idea isn&#039;t to drink water and abandon everything else. The idea is to keep eating those 5-7 meals a day. To keep using those supplements to provide the body full of nutrients it may lack from certain foods. But to keep the water intake fairly high. That is the backbone of the whole bodybuilding operation.</description>

		<description>I use interactive micronaised creatine and the whey pro-xl it has helped me a lot. there both fairly cheap and I dont use them both every day and you should switch back and fourth between them every other month.</description>

		<description>Well, considering that the least amount of water you should be getting during the day is 2lt, I should be seeing a lot more people with water bottles going around. In fact, at my office, there&#039;s only 2 people that have their own large water bottles on their desks at all times. One is me and this other guy. Guess who are the fittest...I try to go for 3lt/day. Also, it&#039;s important to remember to drink a bit of water every 15 minutes of intense exercise. And that&#039;s the only kind we know ;) So, you heard the man! Go get some water!</description>
