It’s everywhere. You see it in all of our posts.

It’s business as usual, for those who have an established presence here within the Xperience.

But for those of you who are new here. Just what do we mean by ‘coming up for air’. And why the fudge do we even do it? (Fudge is our F word, as we don’t like to swear :D).

Well… Let’s highlight the two forms of ‘Coming up for air’..

#1 It’s where we find a peaceful spot… And hang in that spot (Usually from Mon – Fri) for 1-2 hours in the day (Applies to most working class people).

#2 It’s where we do that for an entire day or weekend (For those of you who have built a great foundation for yourselves… Including some of you who are > S-curve member partners).

Let’s talk about #1

#1 It’s where we find a peaceful spot… And hang in that spot (Usually from Mon – Fri) for 1-2 hours in the day (Applies to most working class people).

The main reason why most people need to start doing this. Is so that their brains can re-focus and get clarity on the things they’re doing in their daily lives.

To be away from work environments, associates, family members. All people who tend affect the decisions you make and thoughts that you have.

You can’t avoid these people. And you shouldn’t. But you absolutely should have moments on your own. Where you can process your thoughts. And decide what actions to take. Without the input of anyone else.

Living the S-curve Xperience gives several opportunities to make this happen

– The S-curve anywhere workouts

– Eating out on roof top bars

– For me… A roof top of a condo, outside of the main city area

One really special thing that happens here. Is the creation of ideas.

I know it works. As every single product or service that has been presented to you here in S-curve world. Happened during a ‘come up for air’ moment.

From 2010 to 14. It was during the anywhere workout video recordings.

After that. It was on roof tops with swimming pools.

Something magical happens to your brain once you enter these environments.

The main thing here… Regardless of what it is you do for work =

– Less stress
– More productivity
– Better ideas
– Consistently better strategies

A lot of the folks who work, in S-curve world. Are genuinely strapped for time.

So a really great time to make this happen. Is after or even during an > S-curve workout. Like…

And if you’re in the right environment to do so. During ‘Come up for air’ activities…

They key here… Is to turn these 1-2 hour ‘come up for air’ moments. Into S-curve formula habit building shenanigans.

Meaning… To have these moments happen consistently, yet… Subconsciously.

Just like waking up and brushing your teeth. Because that’s just what you HAVE to do.

#2

#2 It’s where we do that for an entire day or weekend (For those of you who have built a great foundation for yourselves… Including some of you who are > S-curve member partners).

This is even more relatable to S-curve member partners. Because you are in essence, become a ‘me too’. Which I talked about in > this post.

The weekends in S-curve world… Are all about…

– ‘Coming up for air’ for an entire day(s).

– Taking Travel-curvish 2.0 trips for 2-4 days to a destination that’s 2-4 hours away from home, by car or plane.

You truly only realise the benefits of these days/moments. When you take your first few trips/Moments away. Usually away from ‘city life’.

But if that ISN’T currently ‘you’. Then I’ll just tell you.

The benefits are the same as described in #1 above.

The main difference here. Is that for most who are present and active here in S-curve world.

We get to…

– Stay engaged with our work (Especially since many job roles/businesses can be managed remotely). Yet… Without being in an office/city environment.

Not being surrounded by those people, or by four walls. Makes your brain think and operate in a different way. And you tend to make better/different decisions because of it.

– Take a holiday… Without actually booking holiday time off. And there are A LOT of things you can get done, in 2-4 days.

‘Coming up for air’ for entire day’s can happen every week. But Travel-curvish 2.0 weekends usually happen every 4-6 weeks.

That too… Becomes an S-curve formula habit building shenanigan.

Mostly because of the feeling you get, after the trip is all said and done. You’re just highly motivated to keep taking them again and again.

It creates an ‘abundance like’ mindset.

And best of all… This has become the no.1 motivator that keeps everyone involved here, active, within the S-curve Xperience. Even more so than 121 coaching chat sessions.

In more recent times…

We’ve been getting our S-curve member partners to…

> Become S-curvish themselves.

– Invite others to Become S-curvish too.

– For everyone involved to start taking these trips together. Usually using part of the funds that they spent, to become S-curve members (Their commissions from getting them involved AND S-curvish from doing so).

Becoming S-curvish @fefurlan and co
Becoming S-curvish @fefurlan and co

To conclude

All of this, is of course tied to the previous newsletter. > This one.

And ‘Coming up for air’ happens throughout different parts of the S-curve Xperience. As you can see above.

The goal, is to get more people to embrace these moments.

It’s very simple. But a lot of folks don’t do this enough.

But you will shoot to the moon. Once this becomes YOU!
