It was around this time last year where I was going to create a new muscle building program. Most of the early elements of that I gave away for free. On this site and over at our other Fit  Bug site Fitzpiration. Around the same time I decided to rip through Jim Wendlers 5/3/1 program. Tweak it and the like. Here’s one recent video I created on the topic.

Now, I did follow this program religiously from Jan 2011, up until April. And I can admit, that it does work well. And here is that excel document that I talked about in the video.
