Buzzers… Friday…

And it’s going to be another busy-ish weekend. No TC2.0 this time for me, again.Your life probably looks like that too @ you can’t always get away as much as you want to. Which is OK.

Software saved your butt

Software AND experience that is…

That’s what the S-curve formula is.

We simply used proven ‘science’… And merged that with the experience we gained, getting real world results via S-curve members.

And to then create a software out of it. Namely the nutrition/activity calculator (Ask… And I’ll show it to you).

That’s what I turn to, when creating your tailored plan, throughout your time as an active member, as you progress beyond the noticeable results stage.

That’s why the incoming reports of S-curvish results are so constant. Because we’ve spent the past several years perfecting the formula.

Software is great, once built through several iterations.

But… Part of the formula still comes in the form of 121 ‘human’ coaching. Like that call I did with Mai on > this day.

There can’t be any software for that. You’re a human, with forever changing emotions. Maybe AI could step in there, in the future. Like in the film > Her (2013).

But today… Human to human communication is what it’s all about. Which is why you need to jump on a call.

This is when it’s everyday coaching. That’s mostly why there’s a price increase. Because there’s more coaching sessions.

It’s proven to help. So that will continue @ price staying higher because of that.

But once again… There is no software in place that can help you…

– Change your workouts, when you wake up fatigued, injured, or with a hissy fit.- Remind you that Mon-Weds are hard intensity days.

– Remind you to take whey, 1 hour before and not 30 mins (You’ll puke it up if you don’t).

This is all human s***. Stuff that needs to turn into habits. Habits that can only be coached into you.

Again… There might be some super great AI to do this for you in the future. But right now… It’s a human. And… Which might be MY main role, instead of on training in S-curve workout videos.

There’s a lot of info out there. What we’ve done… Is create a formula, that allows you to input your own info and ‘win’. To look like > this.

Example = We give you S-curve meal plan examples. But you’re more likely to eat what you want. You can do that… As long as the foods that you choose, meet the S-curve meal ingredient requirements.

Lunch = Veggies (Fibrous carbs), Slow digesting protein (Tuna), Mono/Poly fats (Olive oil).
