Buzzers… Sunday…

The ‘Coming up for air’ happened. Along with a weekend of doing nothing but… Eating S-curvishly/Cheat-curvishly (Which you would have seen on my FB timeline @ > banana crisp thingys). And of course… Sleep!

I already know that you’re not getting enough sleep. So use the > TC2.0 trips for that too. It’s the easiest place to make it happen. Since you’re away from the things that usually keep you awake.

That is a solid, consistent part of the S-curve formula/experience, that will boost the speed of your results.

So jam in as many as you can… Of those 1-3 day trips.
