Buzzers… TBT…

It’s fudging March already… Time to start buying early Christmas presents me thinks. Hehe.Anyway…

Today… I’m going to blatantly tease you into becoming an official S-curve member. By giving you a one month action plan, to start looking > like this.

A lack of action taking and/or knowledge is holding you back.

So let’s fix that…

#1 Go into your email inbox and type ‘blueprint tips’ in the search box.

You’ll see all of the newsletters from ‘Shaun Sinclair’ pop up, that contain them.

Absorb what you see, for those posted in the past 6 months.

#2 An S-curvish body type that suits you (I’ll pick one for you from here)Stick that on all of your devices, as a wallpaper.

Do the same thing with a travel-curvish pic. Because you know you can’t go to those locations, looking like trash in a swimsuit.

#3 Only buy cheat snacks on the day that you’ll eat them. Don’t bulk buy them and store them. Otherwise you’ll eat them (Because you KNOW they’re there). And then you’ll start binge cheating = Fail.

#4 Get a workout mat. You’ll need this for your Tailored Daily Exercise videos that you’ll do every day.

These boost your results and keeps your motivation levels high.

#5 Find a sport or activity that you enjoy doing. You WILL need this… So that you’re not consumed by the S-curve workouts.

#6 If you’re really ready to get going. Follow @fitbuzz on Instagram and turn on post notifications. Just do it. You’ll learn why, after a few weeks of having it on!

There’s more. But that’s some solid pre-plan stuff you’ll need to do before you start.

The other ‘planning stuff’ tends to be more individual focused too. So it’ll be discussed once you’re in member mode.

Why you become an official S-curve member?

Because we’ve gradually created a ‘now’ S-curve formula… That contains ingredients within it… That have been proven time and time again to guarantee that you succeed. Physically, mentally and long after the fact.
