Ozark vs The S-curve Interval Phase program

Buzzers… Sunday… So… As you know. I got into watching Ozark again. And with this particular series. They release all of the episodes on launch day.

This of course… Leads to a binge watch.

Like… I’m already on episode 7 out of 10. It launched on August 31st.

It’s easily done, when most of your daily life operations, occur on a mobile device @ streaming.

Which is also what makes the S-curve formula work so well @ #mobile #DoThisFromAnywhere.

That binge… Reminds me of the > interval phase.

– Deeply engaged.
– Complete understanding of what goes on, due to zero distractions.
– Can’t wait to see what comes next, by the end of it.
– A very strong relationship/bond, with that particular series.
– Only lasts for 7-28 days

In terms of the interval phase. It’s one of the best things you can ever do, if serious results is your goal. Or if you’ve struggled to improve your results, with no success.

Because chances are… You’ll usually be missing some ingredients, when you do stuff on your own. Like doing half hearted/incomplete reps and sets in every workout.

So ya… There are indeed benefits to the ‘binge’ (I’ll talk more about benefiting from the Thanksgiving/Christmas binge, nearer the time).

I highlight these things… 

To educate you, on the different approaches that we take. As you enter the realm of S-curve membership. Because everyone will end up doing different things. After we go through these questions.

1) Are you on FB messenger? (Compulsory now… @ you don’t need to be ‘on’ Facebook, the website).
2) Your age/weight/height (To tailor your nutrition plan).
3) The foods you can’t eat or don’t like… Also, the foods that you actually eat on a weekly basis.
4) If you’ll be working out at home or the gym…
5) Your ‘work life’ schedule.
6) If you’re a beginner, intermediate or advanced trainee with weight training….
7) The main problem areas that you want to fix on your body.
8) A day one selfie/belfie if possible.
9) Have you experienced any pain or injury that still affects you today?
10) The time you’ll workout + Current home equipment
