Good… Most of you followed what we said to do in the previous message. Which is to reply.

And we had more replies than usual.

We want to help you in every way that we can. Within the S-curve Xperience.

And that we will do. Offline/online/ All lines.

But we also need to keep these messages, Messenger friendly. Based on how it’s supposed to be used @ FB rules.

And so… The bulk of the message. Is now to be viewed on our main website (here and now).

Which is a good thing actually. As this is where everything lives.

Were an S-curve Xperience today.

But… You already know that. And you’ll see how we CAN enjoy the food part of it shortly. After what we talk about first here today.
 

Goals

In terms of becoming 90-100 S-curvish.
 
A lot of people think it’s about fitness/working.
 
But after doing this shit for a decade. I can tell you now… That it’s mostly not.
 
It’s mostly about getting you to successfully move from one area in your life… Into the next.
 
You might simply be afraid to make a big jump. Which is a natural and normal thing, for a human adult to be experiencing.
 
And change can be very scary. Even for someone like me. Who sees changed CONSTANTLY… DAILY!
 
So Becoming S-curvish for a lot of our people (You). Is mostly something that you seek to do. Because you want to see a change I your life.
 
(Thinks of those who experienced divorces).
 
And not because you want to look S-curvishly ‘hot’. Although it does help @ daily life shenanigans.
 
Which brings me to today’s topic…
 
 
EATING LESS-CURVISHLY
 
OOTD/OOTN/IMPROVED DAILY LIFESTYLE @ PARTS 2 & 3 OF THE S-CURVE XPERIENCE 
 
Feeding the monster @ 90-100% S-curvish @ Shaun and S-curve Xperience folk
 
Yup… That’s what’s going on ‘ere @ what life looks like, 80% of the time.
 
When we work together, to fix you. This is the area that we aim to fix the most. Because of that reason.
 
You will see us eating D-F rated foods. Because we CAN @ life @ 90-100% S-curvish results.
 
You’ll reach that goal within 3-6 months.
 
After that… Your life can continue on as normal. Just… A better normal, than the months prior.
 
The above shenanigans. Was a video shoot that I did with an Asian fast food restaurant and YouTube channel.
 
You’ll see the video soon.
 
But the big take away from that day. Is that you can eat whatever the fudge you want @ pun intended. As long as you are at least 60% S-curvish.

Fun fact though…

It’s been a while since I’ve seen THAT much food in one place @ readily available to eat.
 
That isn’t such a bad thing though.
 
Especially for you busy folk. Since I KNOW you don’t eat enough… Consistently.
 
A little tip from me though…
 
Don’t make it a habit @ eating D-F rated meals.
 
Do those binge fests. On Travel-curvish 2.0 trips. Eating like this…
