People…
 
You know a trend that I’m seeing at present…? 
 
Mental/Physical ‘Burn out’!
 
I noticed this in 2019.
 
As I networked around cities. I saw more and more people detoxing from social media. And/or switching to messaging apps (Messenger/Viber/Whatsapp/Wechat).
 
People craved real life ‘offline’.
But to then, post what happens offline… On social media (Online). And all interactions to be based on that content. Not so much news and random chatter, that can be found ‘online’.
 
Even Facebooks own goals are moving in this direction.
 
The Facebook timeline is to play a less important role on the platform in 2020.
 
Instead…
 
– Messenger
FB Groups
– Stories
 
That’s where I’ve been living for the past 18 months. Which many of you will know.
 
 
So today… I’m going to focus on ways that S-curve world can help you have more offline moments.
 
Which is where the S-curve Xperience is to be lived. Hopefully to the max…
 
A day in the life of an S-curve Xperience follower (Who lives it to the MAX!)
 
 

1. Becoming an S-curve member

People do so… In order to fix their body/mind.
 
And you should only start, if you really need the help.
 
And if you really need the help. It means that you’ve figured out, that paying someone/a business… Is a fast track to…
 
– No more figuring stuff out on your own (Takes time).
 
– Getting the right feedback… Which helps with prevention and detection (Saves time).
 
– Having elements of your plan… Managed by someone else. Like… What foods to buy, meals to eat and when.
 
 
You see… The focus is all about improving ones lifestyle. Having a great S-curvish body is just a (Very nice) bonus.

But all we really want to do… Is put you through the S-curve formula as quickly as possible. So that you can spend more time @ parts 2-4 of the S-curve Xperience.
 
And continue to save time, after your initial 3 months. By applying > everything that you’ve learned.
 
 

2. The S-curve Partner Program

– You run social media accounts for yourself?
– You have a business/accounts that you want to grow?
 
If so… One goal of the program. Is to…
 
Prevent YOU having to post as much on social.
 
Yup.
 
It ‘can be’ a huge waste of time (Which causes burn out).
 
And these days… Automating your posts doesn’t work very well either.  Because…
 
 
1. The algorithms know when you’re using automated software/services.
 
2. Real people can tell when they’re interacting with a robot and not a human.
 
 
So…

Not worrying about social media posting and scheduling.
 
This is partly the reason why you haven’t seen much personal activity from ME.
 
I’ve been busy fleshing out all these partner program shenanigans. So that we can all have more free time.
 
And… For those who are involved… More free time available, to meet up face to face.

‘Save time’ conclusion

Not having enough time to do sh*t… Was THE no.1 thing that I kept hearing, from all the working class people that I met in 2019.
 
They see me parading around from city to city. Working outdoors on my laptop like…

Yes… Data shows that people are becoming more aware of ‘how’.

But that chart doesn’t represent the mass population.
 
And so… Continues our quest. To help as many of you, live the best variation of your current day lifestyle.

Eat whatever the fudge you want…

There are a few hot trends within the S-curveXperience. Many that I ‘coined’, years before they gained traction..
 
Travel-curvish 2.0 trips (2-4 days… 2-4 hours away from home by car/plane).
 
– Nutrition coaching
 
– Becoming ‘Soft lean’ and eating whatever the fudge you want
 
 
Let’s talk about that last one.
 
Because it’s been getting some attention over the past 24-48 hours..

Let’s back track a few years…
 
It was something that I noticed at the height of the S-curve member program (2016).
 
People wanted results and to feel confident. But didn’t want to give up the fun lifestyle that they had with food.
 
And so… I got to work and created processes that would allow that to be a reality.
 
Cheat snacking – Where we eat A-C rated ‘tasty’ foods (fruit) right after our boring breakfast/dinner meals. And D-F rated foods, once we reach at least 60% ‘soft lean’ S-curvish (Camila above),
 
– Doing the same thing on TC2.0 trips… Unlimited. 
 
 
Unlimited… Because you’re not going to gain any fat that sticks. If you eat like that for a day or 2 at 60-100% ‘soft lean’ S-curvish.
 
Because you’re ‘soft lean’. Which means you’ve maintained a subtle layer of fat, that sits above your muscles.
 
You’d notice a difference… If you was 100% lean though.
 
Which is never a goal (And not a sexy look either… In our world).
 
 
Fast forward to today… And throughout all of 2019’s newsletters. I stated that the main goal for everyone involved, has switched to an improved lifestyle goal. Instead of an improved body goal.

And in more recent times… We’ve been highlighting some other ‘fun’ things that we get up to, when we hit roof top bars and resorts on TC2.0 trips…

Yup…
 
Of course… It’s just a bit of temporary fun. And only gets embraced during these moments, from time to time.
 
Overall… There aren’t too many people that are gung-ho on ‘fitness’ in our world.
 
Even us…
 
1. We evolved into an S-curve Xperience
 
Was a ‘program’ focus (Improving body/butt). 
 
Xperience = Lifestyle (Focus).
 
2. The main S-curve program is only really active for 3 months now. It used to be 12 months.
 
So going forward… Becoming ‘soft lean’ S-curvish and eating whatever the fudge we want, will continue to be a ‘thing’.

So embrace with no fear.
