Which is what I always said to new S-curve members over the years. As the head coach in S-curve world.
Because to achieve a great S-curvish body. You need to focus on fixing your mind/mindset and lifestyle first.
Which is also why > this supplement type has become popular in recent times.
We’ve gone from…
– Getting you to focus on nutrition over workouts.
> To mindset/mind fixing… Over a focus on nutrition shenanigans.
This is a 1-2 decade shift in mind frame.
The world takes a long time to catch up to the truth. But that doesn’t need to be YOU. And is a very strong reason why we exist.
That is…
It’s more than just the butt. Because we are here to giving you a > better Xperience at living your daily life.
And right now. We’re currently a part of new (new product/service prototypes) emerging technologies, behind the scenes.
This is stuff that will change and improve the way you currently use certain things in your current daily life.
Disrupting… Like what’s happening within the > blockchain and cryptocurrency world.

So watch this space (Pun intended). As one of those technologies is drone related.

‘Skin in the game’

So… All these new 121 chats that are instantly turning into 121 coaching sessions….
But first… A reminder
If you’re currently failing. It simply means there’s something that you’re not doing, for that to be the case.

It’s $10 for the random visitor. And the reason why it’s that price. Is because…
1. It’s easy for you to get ‘skin in the game’ (Money isn’t an issue at that price). Aka to actually get started. Which is actually one major reason why people fail. Because they simply fail to ‘start’.
2. Of the way that the S-curve formula works.
You see… When you start… You get given these set of questions to answer…
1) Are you on FB messenger? (Compulsory now… @ you don’t need to be ‘on’ Facebook, the website).

2) Your age/weight/height (To tailor your nutrition plan).

3) The foods you can’t eat or don’t like… Also, the foods that you actually eat on a weekly basis.

4) If you’ll be working out at home or the gym…

5) Your ‘work life’ schedule.

6) If you’re a beginner, intermediate or advanced trainee with weight training….

7) The main problem areas that you want to fix on your body.

8) A day one selfie/belfie if possible.

9) Have you experienced any pain or injury that still affects you today?

10) The time you’ll workout + Current home equipment
That is ‘initial’ information that we use, to help us create a great S-curve formula for YOU. It’s different for everyone.
And the success of your on-going results. Is dependant on the new information that we get, from each 121 chat session that we have.
– We find out an effective exercise type doesn’t work well for you.
– We find out your guts don’t digest an A-rated food source very well.
– We find out that an effective supplement doesn’t work well for you.
All of that info… Is what helps us determine what the price should be for YOUR plan.
This happens over a 7-10 day time period, living in the chats and working on a starter plan.
In general though. A 4-6 week plan will cost between $150-$300. And to then focus on pay as you go plans after. As that model works well when living an S-curve Xperience lifestyle.

Most people know the answer to this. But what tends to happen. Is that you start learning about new food types. Finding new and interesting findings along the way.
And you’ll forever be inspired to keep searching (See > this post). As you head towards > 60% S-curvish levels and beyond.
But let me break down the actual ‘food types list’ from the S-curve formula
The following, is taken from an early version of our ‘food types list’. But has consistently been updated over time, as we discover and play with food and supplements. Which is a list that is present on your S-curve member page.
#1 Tasty A rated foods   
– Rambutan
– Plain yoghurt + pineapple bits
– Water + lemon/limes
– Oats + raisins + chia seeds + blueberries
– Muesli + almond milk + apple/pear raisins 
– Brown rice – Add any sauce that is low in fat and/or saturated fat. Especially at dinner time.
– Veggies – Greek cream cheese and most seeds + olive oil 
– Lamb and mint sause
– Plantain
– Fresh brown bread with raisins inside 
– Flavoured whey and casein 
– Raisins
– Frozen grapes/Strawberries
– Cherry tomatoes
– Plantain
#2 – The A-C rated S-curve meal structure foods
#3 – Foods that contain a high nutrient, that is rare for it’s food type (Protein in wild rice)
#4 – Foods that have higher than usual amount of grams, for it’s food type (Bulgar wheat)
#5 Foods that keep you feeling full 
– Bananas
– Dumplins 
– Pineapple 
– Cheat snacking on stuff crust pizza
– Oats
#6 The restaurant 
As you can see. There a different elements that come into play, in the real of foods. And you will touch on all of them, on your journey within the S-curve Xperience.
Just remember… That it’s a process.
We’ve seen how that plays out, MANY times over. So just follow our lead as you enter the 121 coaching chats.

A word of warning!

The hunger that you experience will force your gains!
Like we said in Sunday’s newsletter… Almost all new apparel/merch designs, are inspired by the things that go on within the S-curve Xperience.
Seriously though… You are GOING to get hungry AND tired (Forced to sleep and grow-curvishly). Once you embrace the S-curve workouts/Bodyweight circuits (Which are the only 2 types of workouts you’ll do).

So that’s a quick heads up for you. Just incase you get a shock. Since this is the 1st time that many of you are jumping into a serious program.
