Buzzers… Tuesday…

So yesterday… We of course had > Messenger chat activity over on Facebook. And the following is what I’ve continued to discover…

#1 It’s all about getting you comfortable enough, to get you to admit that you have a problem (Most people won’t share that fact with just any one).

#2 Get you comfortable enough @ a relationship with me (Or @fitbuzz via the page)… To accept a solution.

Yup…

Ya see… Most people tell themselves that there is no solution. Even if there are 1000’s of options available. That’s why failure is happening.

And people choose to watch success through others, instead of being a part of it..

Like I said last week. It’s all about mindset fixing here. That’s our job. Because we don’t have anything left to prove @ s*** we’ve created just ‘works’.

And to then… Get you living a variation of my own lifestyle, that you can see via FB stories… Which is of course, the S-curve experience.

All of the above is LIVE and direct.

The chats really are not happening in emails any more. Just… The delivery of information still is.

So ya… FB stories or page Messenger is where you must go after reading these email focused newsletters.

Trending in S-curve world today?

– > This ‘skin’ thing  It’s always been about having great looking skin on here. And as a woman, you’ve probably figured out how to do that (I’m always giving tips to guys on this). But… Reading through the reviews  on there. I can see why it has trending ‘periods’.

One of the reasons, fits into how we live @ S-curve experience. Let’s see if you can spot it ;-).

– > Four Seasons in Bali and any spot in Bora Bora (The most recent snap, is about 2 posts away from that Bali post).

– Becoming S-curvish for > OOTD attire.

– Looking > S-curvish in pyjamas… And motivating others to do so via Tee quotes.

Blueprint tips 

I’ll give some actual blueprint tips today @ reminders. Especially after all the messages that came through after the > return to food posts yesterday.

Remember… You need to stick to eating fruit as cheat snacks, until you become ‘at least’ 60% S-curvish. Before eating chocolate, sweets and other D-F rated foods as cheat snacks.

#2 Eating S-curvishly, isn’t just about having an awesome physique.It’s also about…

– How food makes you feel.
– Having more energy.
– Living longer.
– Creating life long habits for the kids and siblings that have no choice, but to live in your presence.
– Having great looking hair, skin, nails and teeth.
– Enjoying wonderful foods from around the world… Due to your improved knowledge about food.
