It ALL comes back to the S-curve (2020’s remedy)

That’s what gets done every single day here.
 
Of course… That has mostly been online, in the past few months.
 
And one of the biggest things we’ve seen. Is that people had time to truly figure out what’s important to them… During that time.
 
Here’s a message from our long time friend… From yesterday’s conversation…
 
 
 
And she’s right.
 
It’s a new world, a new vibe… Post COVID-19 (Can we say… First wave?)
 
But as the world has started to re-open up, I’ve personally been networking again.
 
Naturally meeting people during my ‘Air time’ moments.
 
Which is mostly trips to the supermarket and moments like this…
 
 
And after yesterday’s conversations. It’s clear that people are simply going with the flow. As no one knows what’s next… In regards to what’s going on in the economy.
 
For us… We’ve been creating things for what’s next.

⁣In short… The butt is present… At all 4 main parts of the S-curve Xperience.⁣
 
– Become S-curvish 
 
– For OOTD/OOTN/Bikini attire 
 
– Improved daily lifestyle 
 
– Take Travel-curvish 2.0 trips
 
Today… It’s about building that body shape on women and men. And for the men in our world… Wanting that body shape on their wives and girlfriends.
 
And of course… On themselves. With epic lats and trap muscles to match.
 
So let’s re-highlight the two core goals that exist, when building that physique today.
 

Going from 0-60% S-curvish

60-100% ‘soft lean’ and S-curvish (The end of ‘fitness’)
 
It’s all about…
 
 
– Reaching that goal
 
– Maintaining that goal
 
– Being happy with that goal
 
 
That was the goal for most of the people that we interacted with in 2019.
 
They valued living a great lifestyle… Over looking physically perfect.
 
And it makes a lot of sense… For the ‘busy’ adults who are present within S-curve world.
 
Because at least you’ll be 100% healthy and functional. Which of course… Improves your ability to balance work, workouts and home life.
 
 
Reaching the goal
 
You’ll reach that goal within 90 days. As long as you aren’t overly fat/skinny.
 
It doesn’t matter if you need to shred fat or gain muscle. That’s how long it’ll take.
 
If you’re overly fat/skinny. Then you’re looking at 6 months to a year.
 
I of course… Created the initial S-curve program. Which means I can personally take one look at you. And instantly know what your results timeline will look like.
 
 

Going from 60-100% S-curvish

You’re active and fit…. Yet you don’t look like this…
 
It’s not the most popular goal today.
 
BUT…
 
It’s that body type that motivates you to get in the game.
 
 
What usually happens…
 
People will reach 60% S-curvish.
 
It’s a process that gives you the feeling of success.
 
And for some people. They want to continue feeling successful.
 
And so… They go beyond 60% S-curvish.
 
This is what I touched upon in the previous newsletter.
 
Building an advanced ‘simple’ private gym with current day equipment
 
And of course… Using that post, will help you reach that goal.
 
So yes… Build that advanced home gym.
 
 
It doesn’t take any extra effort to maintain a 90-100% S-curvish physique.
 
But you do have to turn up consistently. Doing everything that you did, to achieve that goal.
 
The best thing about going for this goal. Is the fact that ‘success’… Will spill over into other areas of your life.
 
You’ll take that same mindset. And apply it to everything else you’re doing.
 
– A better husband/wife
 
– Being the best in your field of work
 
– Being a better parent

Motivation and Travel-curvish 2.0

This is a big topic right now.
 
Why?
 
Due to the fact that most of you are going to be in the gym less. Because of what has been highlighted in these posts…
 
Building the perfect ‘simple’ home gym
 
Building an advanced ‘simple’ private gym with current day equipment 
 
It’s just harder to get motivated to workout at home. Especially if you haven’t built any of those gyms above.
 
This is why it’s more important than ever before to…
 
1. Follow the Facebook stories and Youtube channel.
 
2. Embrace the 121 coaching chats in the Survive and Thrive program.
 
But since this is a reminder day.
 
Let’s remind you that the biggest motivator of all. Is the embracing of Travel-curvish 2.0 trips.
 
Yes… They have been non-existent since March. As travel has been cancelled.
 
But…
 
The world is re-opening. And as you can see…
 
 
Some parts of the world have opened up.
 
Do note… That some of these locations have been travelled to by land. As flights are just starting to come back into play.
 
 
TC2.0
 
It provides the highest level of motivation… As looking forward to a 2-4 day trip, motivates you to want to look/feel your best.
 
Because as we’ve seen.
 
Nothing is worse than having great pics/vids. Yet YOU… Feel you don’t look great in them.
 
Soooo…
 
As the world opens up. Do still eye up 2-4 day TC2.0 trips. Even if they have to happen less frequently.
 
From what we can see. It’ll be a balance between taking…
 
– 2-4 day trips
– 2-4 week ‘Air time’ trips
 
 
 

To conclude

The S-curve…
 
We focus on different things today. Compared to how we focused on that 100%, from 2011-2016.
 
Namely expanding the S-curve Xperience platform, as a whole.
 
But as this post has highlighted.
 
Fixing your body and mind… Using the > S-curve formula. Is something that will always happen, as you live this lifestyle.
