You know… One of the great things about the times that we live in right now. Is that you can see (More easily) who is full of B.S.
And wether or not you should work with an individual or business.
So ya… You just keep on watching ‘me’ and everything that goes on with everyone else here in S-curve world.
You’ll consistently remain happy with your findings, I’m sure :).
Today’s subject line
Yup…
Yesterday’s newsletter contained a whole lot of actionable awesomeness. But I even told you that you won’t need to use all of that info. At least not immediately.
So I’m essentially forcing you to become an active member. Since there… You’ll only receive what you need at any given time.
And… So that we can start to hit our goal @ this…
– Create super duper > S-curve member stories out of them.
And… So that we don’t have to talk about failure, negativity and stuff that puts rain clouds above our conversations every other day.
To then… Enjoy ‘success’ vibes all around via this…
> For OOTD/OOTN/Bikini-curvish attire > Improved daily lifestyle > Travel-curvish 2.0 trips
So here’s more blueprint tips that you don’t… Need to use today
And… Focus on improving that form. Seriously… Too many people put their ego first in this area. And it eventually screws them up @ long term results.
You FitBuzzer… Focus on ya form.
It’ll set you up perfectly for our 6 month strength progression process over on stage 3.

– Protein is higher than other similar food variations?
– Carbs are higher than other similar food variations?
– Saturated fat (Or fat overall) is zero?
– Fat is high in mono/poly, yet zero in saturated?
– Certain vitamins and minerals are present in high numbers?
– Fiber is higher than usual? (Like purple/black rice)
If any of the above are true… Then you buy and try. There’ll be a place for it to go within the S-curve meal structure.
But don’t keep on munching on the food if you don’t like the taste.
For example
Muesli is a great cereal to try with new S-curve members who previously didn’t vary their meals. But it isn’t the most fun to eat. Granola would be the better option.
About becoming an official member…
It depends where your trust levels are at.
Stage 1
Is usually for brand new newsletter readers who just want to test the waters.
Stage 2
Almost every first time member starts here. And is recommended. Since it gives us a couple of weeks to really understand what you need, going forward.
And for you to understand how the S-curve formula works… Going forward.
Stage 3
You could start here for your first time. And it’s usually what you’ll progress to, 1-3 weeks after being on stage 2. That’s what it looked like for almost every previous stage 3 member.
Maybe you can change that narrative @ jumping in at this stage to kick start your journey.
Stage 4
This is for past stage 3 members. Or returning S-curve members from 2-3 years ago. So if that’s you. That’s where you need to go.
If not… Then we’ll talk it out @ your current situation and most likely put you on one of these > scenarios.
