Interesting article on the chest muscle. Can u do a pt. 2 focuing on the inner/upper chest movements? I have been doing pushups, wide, close, and diamond. I am unable to do elevated, its like my body gives out when I try to attempt them. What do u suggest? Can u post a Youtube vid for the DB fly tip u gave in this article? I want to definitely try that out for myself. I just want to see the technique behind it. I understand what you're saying; sometimes visuals help a lot more than just words, ya know? Seeing great gains with what I'm doing currently; if I feel when I include that (DB flies), I'll take my chest to a new level; I want to be able to even out my pecs; maybe even fit a wifebeater, lol! Will this help? Check my bb.com page(tiger04) to see what I'm talking about. Thanks mane, peace!

That is really good. That is the type of dedication that succeeds every time. That's what I try to make people do.... stick to it. It's different for each and every person because everyone lives a different lifestyle. But when you apply the 'stick to it' principles, whatever the lifestyle, then you are on to a winner!

I've seen them. Don't look too bad. But since now I can go to the gym, I got my needs covered. It was hard over the holidays, however. New Year's and Christmas on Fridays so the gym was closed for like 4 days each...Still, I made do. Haven't missed a session yet since I started in October :)

I don't think anything will take the place of the good old fashioned exercises like bench press, deadlifts and squats. They are like a part of the fitness world furniture. A fan of bodylastics eh. Have you tried the TRX products such as the the suspension training?

Well, my favorite are my Bodylastics. It's amazing how many different exercises I can do with them and with few downsides. I still like free weights and I think that nothing beats, say, a good ol' bench press but they are handy on a Sunday :D

They do look good for sure and are a good alternative. The only downside of both is that they don't allow me to use them in creative exercises. Take a look at the roll outs for example

I've heard great things about the Powerblocks. I'm wondering how they measure up against the Bowflex db's...

The Iron gym and Powerblocks. The Powerblocks are pricey, but durable and don't take up to much space.

Hmm...I really can't think of anything. There are things that I like but aren't at my disposal, such as the cool Iron Gym Xtreme pull up bar or my own equipment at home but I can't say I've gone to the lengths of wanting something different in terms of gym equipment. I have been looking for a good set of bluetooth headphones that are light and unobtrusive...Of the stuff you have at home, what would you call your favourite piece of equipment?

Well... every now and again, we find ourselves in situations. And we might have that one moment... ' This thing is cool, but I wish...' or ' Couldn't they add this...'

Ever had any of those moments while at the gym, at home when training?
