Then spend your time niche-researching for new sites and overseeing/growing the existing ones. If you have a blog that you put passion in personally, then of course you'll need to spend the time to create content and be active on other blogs and community places. That doesn't prevent outsourcing work on the other sites that you own, which allows you to spend more time creating quality content for the main site.
