It’s a new week. And we;re going to start it, with a part 2 to > yesterday’s newsletter. So let’s get into it…

Haters in the DM’s (Part 2 – Solution)

We’ll simply do this in the form of ‘actionable’ S-curve blueprint tips. This is stuff that you will have to do, on your journey towards becoming S-curvish.

Oh… And you know that discount that you get, as you move through the stages?

Which means your motivation levels should be on the up.

S-curve blueprint tips to get you out of non-believer mode#1

 Food variety habit (Slow digesting carbs example) – Keep a small portion of oats, rice, pasta and  potatoes in your kitchen. It’ll be a constant reminder to continuously re-fill them as they start to run low. And to choose a different variation of each food type. Like… Oats > Museli > Granola.

Food variety is arguably the best thing for boosting your results @ why this is important.

#2 Don’t stack cheat snacks in your kitchen. Buy and eat them on the day/In that moment.

#3 Kill all slow-go cardio activity (For now).

#4 You’ll do your hardest workouts from Mon-Weds.

#5 You’ll do a Tailored Daily Exercise video every single day (To start with – This is always tailored. But I’ll send you an example vid, if you message. I’m sending it for free, because I’ll know that you’re serious if you’re a person that decides to message).

#6 Choose a few fave fruits. Those will be your cheat snacks (For now).

#7 Choose a body type that you like from our Insta/Pinterest profiles. Save that to your phones wallpaper (The lock screen wallpaper).

#8 Your body changes… But the S-curve formula doesn’t.


– Your body will go through several changes in any one week.
– Your body will change over time.

But the S-curve formula as a whole, has been designed, to deal with whatever your body is going through at any given time. And whatever age you are too @ this…

– 18-25 Almost all physical goals
– 25-35 Physical, mental, lifestyle goals
– 35-45 Less physical, more mental, more health goals
– 45-60 All health and mental goals
I’ll probably step out of the S-curve formula at some point. But right now… I’m there for you @ the 121 coaching shenanigans part of it.So use me :D.

#9 Don’t take time to ‘learn’ anything. Just ‘do’ what’s given to you on your member page.

– Saving time
– Saving money
– Free to do this s*** from ANYWHERE!

Those are all big ‘pros’ for becoming a member. So make sure you stay in line @ those benefits.
