I’m using P90X right now and it brings me back to my days of wrestling in High School. I was in great shape when I wrestled, when I joined the Army I got in worse shape compared to wrestling season.

I see. Which ever the case, it’s always good to have goals in place. Something which I touch on every now and again. But I find it ironic that one can get out of shape while in the army.
