    Angled leg presses and lunges at steep incline on treadmill.

  • Good going Ben. Keep it up. I’ll will post more effective ways to overcome chicken legs syndrome in future posts.

    Some great info for sure. I personally know quite a few guys that suffer from that. They find legs hard work for sure.

    Thanks for such a detailed post. I think this is a common one for a lot of guys. They don’t pay enough attention to their legs when they exercise. Either they think it is too much work or they see faster gains in their upper body.

    Great post, exactly what i was looking for. I am a hardgainer with “chicken leg syndrome” lol. I figured i would start building legs but it just takes so much out of me. But i guess no pain no gain right? Thanks for the info!
