Some great info for sure. I personally know quite a few guys that suffer from that. They find legs hard work for sure.

What do you you think at that could be?
Thanks for such a detailed post. I think this is a common one for a lot of guys. They don’t pay enough attention to their legs when they exercise. Either they think it is too much work or they see faster gains in their upper body.

It so happens that I already do this combination of exercises and I can really vouch for their effectiveness.
I’m just about 6′.

Great post, exactly what i was looking for. I am a hardgainer with “chicken leg syndrome” lol. I figured i would start building legs but it just takes so much out of me. But i guess no pain no gain right? Thanks for the info!
