		<description>If only training once a week, your weightlifting goals won&#039;t be to intense. I&#039;m guessing that you just want to keep a fit body and not focus too much on building muscle mass. If so then you won&#039;t need to take many supplements, if any. If you do increase your workout activity to 3 or more days a week, then follow the above as a start.</description>
