You are a fan of almonds too I see. I guess i won&#039;t need to talk about those then. I didn&#039;t actually think of gum at all. I&#039;ve chewed it naturally on occasion but I&#039;ll for sure keep that one in mind.</description>

		<description>Fishoil, yeah thats uh... no brainer. And my love affair with almonds knows no bounds. Still don&#039;t like eggplant though... but I stuff it down. It does me good. P.S here one  you didn&#039;t know. GUM. It&#039;s not the gum it self but chewing stimulates you and has shown to give you a little bump in IQ. Also keeps you from grinding teeth if your workouts get hardcore and you clench/bite your jaw. 

Having muscle but being toothless can only get you so far.</description>
