Pinch, punch, 1st of the month. Let’s just have a conversation on this 1st day of September…


It’s fall season. So as usual… We are ramping up our efforts to get the relevant apparel in front of you.

Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas is coming up too. So yes… We are setting you up for some great gifting ideas for your people.

All of this stuff has been a core element of the S-curve Xperience, long before we called it that (Circa 2011).
We have introduced some designs that became protocol and legendary. Like this one…

Those designs still do their ‘thing’.
However… September 1st acts as a ‘new years day’ for a lot of us.
– Back to school
– Back to work
And so… We’ll be introducing some new, current day designs. That are reflective of the things you see (Us), hear and say, within the S-curve Xperience.
So keep on eyeing up these newsletters when they hit your notifications on your devices. Along with the daily social media posts.

Which of course… Also coincides with the > S-curve meal structure timeline (And no… You don’t need to be an > active S-curve member to embrace it).
But let us revisit what the protocol version of that looks like.

January to March

You decide you want to reach > At least 60% S-curvish. Which as you can see from that post… Will take 1-3 months, depending on how fat/skinny you are, on the day that you start working with us.
You WILL reach that goal by March. 
At which point, you’ll start to embrace parts 2-4 of the S-curve Xperience, a little more heavily (Even a lot more).
April to June
A lot of festivals and travel-curvish shenanigans tend to kick into gear around this time. 
And it’s during these times where…
1. You will start using the S-curve formula to the max
2. You will workout less
You’ll start to do short split routines and Tailored Daily Exercise videos.
Usually remotely… And by following a video that has been set for you, on your S-curve member page. Which of course, you can > access from anywhere.
Workouts are overrated. And most of us don’t want to live in the gym. And we don’t need to.
Those workouts above will help us maintain what we achieved during January to March.
Another thing that will help us maintain… Whilst we’re having fun @ > Travel-curvish 2.0/ > ‘Come up for air’ shenanigans. Is the S-curve meal structure (linked above).
That meal structure is designed so that you consistently feed your muscles effectively. While at the same time… Avoid an unwanted build up of fat.
HOW you do that… Becomes a normal thing for you to be doing. Just like brushing your teeth.
So you end up eating that way, subconsciously. Especially when you’re eating out.

Which is also a time where we steal ideas from restaurant food menus. And to then… Create our own home made variations of the foods we eat in these scenarios.
July to September
It’s mostly a repeat of what happens from April to June. Although a little more heavily.
But another thing that might happen. Is that you jump on another short > S-curve member plan.
You decide to do this… Because it’s always a good idea to check in with your coach.
Because you’re probably interested in reaching 90-100% S-curvish… Although, at a slower pace (1-2 years). Because you like to enjoy your life and not be a gym rat.
It’s a bit like the folks who are embracing the business side of the S-curve member program. Where they need ongoing assistance, using the > tools and info that will help them in that area.
Fall season
All of the above played out as stated?
If so… Then you no longer have any body issues to worry about. Ever again. And chances are… Your daily life (Or life in general) would have improved significantly too.
Which means…
In fact… These food binge events will do more good than harm, in regards to affecting how your body looks.
Yes… Our goal is to improve your daily life. So that you have more free time. And possibly even earn extra income. Resulting in more time to dedicate to eating S-curvishly… Consistently.
But that process itself, may take some time.
And so… All the nutrient variety that enters your guts during these food binges. Will likely benefit you, than harm you. As you’re feeding your body with nutrients that it may not regularly get. Which of course, helps boost results.
And the best part of course… Is that you get to have a damn good time!
And any fat build up, is going to be temporary. Because any real fat… Takes time to build up.

To conclude

As you can see… The S-curve formula timeline factors in all 4 parts of the S-curve Xperience.
However… YOUR S-curve formula timeline, will look like some variation of that. And not exactly as you see it above.
Everything > that is on offer to you within the Xperience. Will be used at some point on your journey here or elsewhere. Hence… Why we have evolved into an S-curve Xperience. Which started off as a body shaping (Only) program, back in 2011.
