#3 An S-curve monthly magazine? Digital and print? Is that something YOU would want to see?

At present… We have…

– Daily updates section on More buzz

That’s the content that would be inside. Which is all updated LIVE.

So… Would you want to see some kind of magazine or paid newsletter variation of that content? One big high end update, that you could consume once a month?

It’s all upwards from that point onwards, as you progress to stages 2, 3, 4.

Today… We’re going to dig into some stuff that comes up… Once you’re an active S-curve member.

It’s just one web page, that is continuously updated… LIVE. You can access any time you want, on any device.

Which means you can become S-curvish… Regardless of where you are in the world. Which allows us all to fully embrace the fun parts of the S-curve experience!

#2 The S-curve meal structure

There’s about 4 variations of it, based on what your daily schedule looks like. And it will change, as you progress through the stages.

You’ll get given YOUR S-curve meal structure, on your member page.

#3 The video workouts

– 1-3 minute – Tailored Daily Exercise videos
– 2-5 minute – S-curve bodyweight circuits
– 3-15 minute – S-curve workout videos

All of which, can be done ‘anywhere’.

That’s what you’ll see… During your time as an active member.

#4 The 121 chats

It’s all happening on FB messenger.

You don’t even need to be ‘on’ Facebook. Just sign up, so that you can use Messenger.

We also have an @fitbuzz ‘lawyer’ in place. Who became an instant fan today @ today’s FB foody post on MY profile below. Hehe.
