We’re at the end of 2019 now. And the end of a decade. A decade TOTALLY dominated by social media.
 
We’re now entering a new decade, with a lot of new tech. Which will look pretty different than the 10 years prior.
 
It’s all brand new stuff, that we all have to adapt to. 
 
Adapting… Which has what I’ve been preparing for throughout the year.
 
So whatever is on your mind right now. Just ask/message. Because the topics you raise will end up as newsletters and FB group status updates.
 
 

Second

Food and supplements…

This will always get talked about here. Simply because people continue to screw up in this arena. And of course… It’s just a part of what we do.
 
People screw up… Because they’re not following the things that they should be doing for their goal.
 
Of course… We’re mostly talking improvements in physical results here.
 
And in S-curve world. That means…
 
– ‘Soft lean’
 
– The S-curve

Is what you need to follow.
 
But let’s list some statements, on where we stand in regards to eating food and supplements.
 

1. The journey always starts with your food shopping trip

Yea… Dancing and shaking your ‘S-curvish’ whilst food shopping is a protocol requirement :D.
 
In fact, that’s the first thing we focus on, as a new S-curve member.
 
Why?
 
Because natural food is the no.1 thing that will keep you S-curvishly ‘fixed’.
 
Most people are failing, because they mismanage what they’re doing with food.
 
That’s why 121 coaching chats exist. By taking that job off your ‘life’ plate. So that we can continue to put the right foods on your meal plates.
 
 
 

2. The ‘food’ supplements

You’re mostly taking supplements to…
 
– Boost the nutrient value of natural foods/meals
 
Like adding whey protein to oat meal. Which replaces sugar and boosts the taste. Because you know… Eating oatmeal on it’s own, isn’t something to look forward to.
 
 

3. The higher end/progress related supplements

These can indeed ‘help’. Especially as you head towards 90-100% S-curvish results. And/Or.. You simply have a ‘struggle body’ (Results don’t come easy). Which can be the case, for various reasons.
 
When you see ‘us’ list any. It’s because of the ingredients that they contain.
 
Ingredients that fall inline with the > S-curve meal structure.

4. S-curve Xperience supplements

Becoming S-curvish (Physical results)… Is a by-product of fixing your lifestyle and mindset.
 
You were failing… Because both of these areas in your life were fudged up (Fudge is our F word :D).
 
Xperience = Lifestyle
 
And in this lifestyle… Were enjoying life, as a whole.
 
It’s just better enjoyed, in a body that you feel happy in.
 
And so… Some supplements that you see in our world. That DON’T focus on improving your body.
 
Instead… To simply improve how we operate throughout our day to day lives.
 
Some examples…
 

Salicylic acid

– More sweat
– Exposure to certain environments
 
Can cause issues with your skin. Usually in the for of fungi.
 
I know… As I’ve had personal experience with this.
 
That acid simply cured EVERY skin defect I picked up over the years. More so than any other thing I tried.
 
Other things worked. Like Bioderm ointment (Which is actually good in some other situations, as it’s not as powerful – Salicylic ‘burns’!).
 
But never as good as salicylic acid… Overall.

Note: You don’t have to buy this one. Just read the description, if you’re unfamiliar with salicylic acid.
 
Also… That one is 20% salicylic acid, with different ingredients.
 
The one I’ve always used is 10% pure, over the counter salicylic acid.
 
The above is on Amazon. So you still might find ‘that’ on there.
 
 

Hemp stuff for relief

 
Organic Hemp Pain Reliever
 
There’s a lot of product types out there, related to hemp. And we’ve embraced hemp related foods and supplements since, forever.
 
This ‘product type’ though (I didn’t use this exact one – Ingredients are very similar)… Is something which I personally used this year, to speed up a sudden burst of muscle pain that I experienced. Which was related to over -training.
 
For those who deal with me in-person… Knows that the pain lasted for months.
 
I didn’t do any S-curve workouts (> S-curve Short Splits routines – The ONLY routine that ‘I’ do) for 4 months.
 
Which is OK. Since I’ve always been 90-100% S-curvish. And you do indeed have the ability to slow it down with the workouts at that point.
 
But you can’t completely stop working out. And I certainly can’t either. Because you know… I’m the S-curve guy that leads this operation/website.
 
And so… I decided to try this out. As some fellow folk previously I’m connected with used it. Aka > S-curve partner program folk who are already S-curvish.
 
The pain did indeed start to go away. And now… I’m back to my usual SSS routine (Since August 2019).
 
 

Nootropics wars

 
So… You see how this post…
