Right… It’s time for a little history lesson right now. Because the concept that we created that is…
 

‘Becoming (At least 60%) -100% S-curvish’

 
… Has now become a current day trend.
 
 
Enter: The S-curve member program.
 
This has evolved today. Not so much the formula of getting results and daily lifestyle fixing. But more so on how people start and become S-curve members.
 
Back in the day… People would read email newsletters and buy a program from a sales page.
 
But as time went on. More and more people started to realise that ‘winning’. Meant starting a program that made sense ‘for them’.
 
Which is why 121 coaching chats became more popular than S-curve workout programs (On their own).
 
Which ties in with the growing popularity of Messenger apps being used. Over all other forms of communication.
 
So today… People would become S-curve members by…
 
1st – Reading a Messenger bot message/newsletter (Like what you’re reading right now).
 
2nd – Following social media posts… Being inspired/motivated by them… Sending a DM and striking up a conversation (Usually with ME).
 
And to then starting as an S-curve member, via a tailored Paypal payment link. Like this…
 
 
 
Enter: The tailored + 60-100% ‘soft lean’ and S-curvish
 
Now… The program evolved over time. Which looks like this…
 
– 3 month plan (2014)
– 6-12 month plan (2016)
– 1-3 month plans (2017 to current day)
 
Enter: Being at least 60% ‘soft lean’ and S-curvish AND being OK with that!
 
Yup…
 
Which is what all of our associates, YOU and our S-curve member partners (Working folks/New business owners) look like.

You see… After 1000’s of interactions with people. I KNOW that they’re not in a hurry to look 90-100% S-curvish.
 
Most folks just want to look good enough to feel happy, in all garment types. 
 
They’re more interested in having a super duper lifestyle. Than a perfectly fit body.
 
Yes.. They like the idea of 90-100% S-curvish. But don’t mind taking time to get there.
 
Which is why we made it a thing…
 
– The 1-3 month plan
 
– The lifestyle and results phase (‘Lifestyle’ is easy going… ‘Results’ is hardcore)
 
– 7-14 day ‘Noticeable results’
 
– At least 60% S-curvish (And > eat whatever the fudge you want)
 
 
All of that will happen in any 1-3 month time period. Depending on how fat/skinny you are on the day you start.
 
Life after that… Then looks something like…

And so… The focus turned to that of ‘lifestyle’. Not so much body fixing. Which is why we have been evolving into an S-curve Xperience over the past few years. Highlighted in more detail, via the most recent newsletters…

This is partly the reason why men have re-entered our world, after 7 years of being focused on fixing women.
 
The other reason, is because the partners/husbands of those women, became involved in the S-curve Xperience. Because of the positive outcomes they were seeing with their lady.
 
Sooo…
 
When someone decides to get into part 1 of 4 of the Xperience. It’s now protocol for them to get in, with the assumption that anything that they do. Will be for a time period of 1-3 months.
 
And for there to be a focus on mindset/lifestyle fixing. More so than body fixing. Especially since that’s where any current day problems start from. Which resulted in a crappy feeling body.
 

Feeling…

That’s what it’s about today. Any results achieved that are beyond 60% S-curvish, is just a bonus.
 
 

The transition

Yup… There is one going on. As a lot of the people who have been active in our world. Are loyal 1-5-7 year followers and past S-curve members.
 
And the timeline to become 90-100%, is 1-5 years anyway. Which is what is happening today.
 
We started that as a rule, 3 years ago… As a response to the conversations we were having with members and potential members.
 
3 years later… Here we are.
 
People love the idea of this…

Which is the no.1 reason why I myself, chose to feature in this video whilst on my travels,  back in March of 2019…
 
Which is basically us (And me) saying… That you can look great whilst eating anything you want. Aka eat whatever the fudge ( Our word for f**k) you want and still look S-curvish.
 
You’ll just slow it down with the workouts, once you reach 60% S-curvish.
 
Which is what I’ve personally done over the past 4 years.
 
– I eat what I want
– I follow the > S-curve meal structure without fail
– I do 15-20 minute S-curve workouts… The short splits routine. Which were created 3-4 years ago, to coincide with this phase/current day goal.
 
 
 

The rise of supplements

Cause and affect
 
So… You already know that we report everything that goes on, in our day-to-day shenanigans. > Like this post.
 
That tell you what’s hot in S-curve world. Along with the ‘why’.
 
But why have supplements started to ‘boom’ within S-curve world?.
 
Well first… Around the same time (3 years ago). Everyone still placed importance on the workout. And is what inspired people to start the main program (Regardless of the iteration – And there have been MANY).
 
But since day one in S-curve world. We told everyone that workouts should come 2nd to nutrition, in regards to achieving physical results.
 
Workouts only give post workout pump (Which is what folks get addicted to). Which is of course, temporary.
 
However… They do trigger results.
 
But over time, the world eventually caught up and the ah-ha moment started to sink in. The fact that it’s nutrition and supplements that feed the results. Physical and mental.
 
And so… Fast forward to 2019. Supplements are hotter than ever. Or should I say… Food and supplements.
 
Which is why > this protocol page got created (10 years in the making).
 
And today… Food… Is the thing that you’ll focus on, long after you achieve 60% S-curvish levels. And is embraced in each part of the S-curve Xperience.
 
Especially parts 3 (Improved daily lifestyle) and 4 (Travel-curvish 2.0) of the Xperience.

Before folks became S-curve members. They stated that looking fit is just a thing that makes daily life that little bit easier.
 
And today… It’s about looking and feeling that way… Throughout ALL 4 parts of the S-curve Xperience…

Then you’re looking at 6 months to a year.   I of course… Created the initial S-curve program. Which means I can personally take one look at you.
