		<description>Hi, I too also have a raging appetite.  I seem to always be hungry.  Im 27 yrs old, 133 lbs,5&#039;4&quot;.  I know i need to rev up my metabolism before any weight sheds off much less get toned.  The problem I have is once i start a meal plan it kinda gets old and then thats when i cheat.  I also have a 4yr old son who I want to get to eat healthy food instead of junk. He&#039;s not much of a breakfast eater as I am, so I feel guilty eating at times when he isn&#039;t.  Im going to take these tips into consideration for boosting my metabolism. Does stress affect it??  Maybe thats the slump I am at.</description>
