Breakfast isn't called the most important meal of the day for no reason, we need fiber to keep the bacteria in our intestine healthy and hence keep our digestive system in top condition.

Breakfast isn't called the most important meal of the day for no reason, we need fiber to keep the bacteria in our intestine healthy and hence keep our digestive system in top condition. It isn't hard to get the amount we need, loads of food has it like bread and some rices.

Oatmeal with walnuts and raisins (fresh), yogurt, fruit, protein shake, and supplements. thats my breakfast of a champion. 300-400 calories and 30g of protein to start the day. slow carbs, (the oatmeal), fast carbs, (a banana) to keep me going all day. BK
