		<description>These are some great recipes for protein shakes.  I&#039;ve been bodybuiding for over 25 years and a big fan of incorporating healthy oils into my diet.  I&#039;ll add organic flaxseed oil, virgin coconut oil or pharmaceutical-grade fish oils to my protein shakes.  I also may add organic ground flaxseed to my diet.  I find the addition of these healthy fats rounds out the protein shake and gives your body an excellent source of fats needed for a healthy cellular and hormonal environment needed to build muscle.  We all know our bodies need certain fats, such as cholesterol, to produce hormones such as testosterone.  I think the addition of healthy fats to a protein shake will only enhance the bodybuilding efforts for those seeking that extra edge in natural nutritious eating.</description>
