Buzzers… Sunday… Good to great. So… > Stage 1 started trending this week.
But as you’ve seen. It just gets your foot in the door, as an S-curve member
But we have to make sure that you start there and NOT finish there!
Because if you start. You need to start with the intention to get great results. Not just good results. Even if you’re going to get there at a slower pace, via the Lifestyle Phase.
That’s why > Stage 3 and > pre-paid is getting thrown in your face as a priority.
Because the sh*t just works. It’s been responsible for all the results that you’ve seen over the years. Most of which… Is mindset and lifestyle fixing.
That’s the hard work. And not nutrition and workouts. Because that’s proven science. It works every time. Regardless of who starts.
Anyway… As promised.

Actionable reminder Blueprint tips 

#1 Make it a habit to add new foods to your shopping list/Try new foods on the menu when eating out.


– Because the long term fun… Exists in the ‘eating’.
– You’ll have a more varied nutrient intake… Which = Boosted results @ naturally occurring (Seriously though…).

#2 No fruit 3-4 hours before you sleep.

#3 Only a small amount of mono/poly fats to enter your guts, 1-2 hours before you sleep.

#4 To eat ALL nutrient types for breakfast (Because your body now has less of all, due to sleeping for 6-8 hours).

#5 Start Monday’s workout with an effective exercise that you suck at. And do that every time, for a short while.

#6 Change that exercise variation, to something more difficult, once that becomes easy (We get specific with this @ strength and exercise progression module, as a member).


Bananas – Makes you feel full.

Raisins – Small, easy to carry around… And sweet enough, so that you won’t want to binge on them. And even if you do… They’re small @ low calorie intake.Pineapple – So sweet, that you won’t want to eat more.

Those are examples of each type of ideal cheat snack. So as per S-curve formula rules… Feel free to choose your own.
#8 Calorie counting only needs to happen, once you reach 60-70% S-curvish. And/Or… You want to succeed beyond that level.
#9 Use post notifications on and on our social media profiles.

You all know that there is just ONE S-curve formula. But SEVERAL ways to approach it.

I stated that I’ll continue on with some actionable S-curve blueprint tips (I’ll do this on Sunday now).

The list is long (Very long). And everything on that list… Is what we implement, during your time as an active S-curve member. Which is approx 6-9 months, when the goal is to hit 60-80% S-curvish.

However… It is the weekend. And in S-curve world. That means…

– Nutrition only focused weekends (You’ll learn why we do this, when you’re a member).

We’ve always been ‘open book’ and transparent over the years.

And today… I’m going to dig into the topic of OUR social media photo and video posts.

The age ranges

The social media posts reflect and cater to what you want (It has changed over time). Even for the men that have returned to S-curve world in recent times.

And since we’re being honest…

– Men like to see images of women… Which in turn… Motivates them (The fitness and lifestyle kinda motivation @ getting involved in the ‘experience’).

– Women like to see images of women, that they want to look like. Which in turn… Motivates them (You)… To want to become S-curvish.

That’s been the formula… Long before the internet.

We’ve been in this for some years now. And we attract people whose ages range between 18-55. But the goals at each age range, do differ…

– 18-25 Almost all physical goals
– 25-35 Physical, mental, lifestyle goals
– 35-45 Less physical, more mental, more health goals
– 45-60 All health and mental goals

45 year olds, like to see images of the 18-25 year olds (Physique wise). And can look like them. But don’t want to act 18-25.

18 year olds like to see how they can look over time. When seeing images of 25-45 year olds. Especially those who have had kids and bounced back.

A lot of ‘career focused’ Stage 3 members, like the lingerie images. But would never post pics of themselves wearing that, publicly. In fact… They despise Facebook. And only have FB Messenger… Due to my recommendation… So that we can make 121 coaching chats/therapy, work.

Because Messenger has all the features we need. To make that a reality.

So ya… That’s what’s going on when you see posts of our associates (S-curve members rarely want pics of themselves out there’ like that’… Unless it’s a progress pic).

Nothing in S-curve world is random. Every move we make is calculated. To suit your needs/wants.

Facebook has a wonderful way of showing you things via their algorithms. Sometimes they’re right. Sometimes they’re wrong.

But one thing I see, is a lot of ‘complaining’ from people. About very silly things (You’ll know it’s silly things… When you’ve travelled a lot and seen how different people live around the world).

Don’t let that be you. Become an active member for at least 3 months.

Your life will become more interesting. Due to the fact that you have a lot of positive things to focus on, as a member.

The no.1 reason why you MUST plan long term

Buzzers…TBT… The no.1 reason why you MUST plan long term. You know… Not too much has changed… In terms of ‘Becoming S-curvish’ or ‘Shredding to smexy’ in S-curve world.


– We still focus on > ‘anywhere workouts’ since 2012-ish.

– We still use all 15 official S-curve routines, over time… In order to boost your results. Because we have to outpace the rate at which your body adapts to change.

However… The ‘experience’ has evolved. And the workout has become just a tiny part of the S-curve experience.

In fact… Workouts are mostly there, just to trigger results.

In today’s world… There are many different body types out there. Especially since cosmetic surgery has been growing in popularity over the years.

Because of that… One needs to be specific about the outcome that one wants.

And if you’re here in S-curve world. You will see…

– > The S-curve (Turn to the left… See the letter S).

– Epic butt/Tiny waist ^^^.
– > Soft lean.

– Real boobs ^^^ (It’s not a bad thing if you have fake ones, prior to being a member. But it’s not encouraged. As going fake, often inspires you to keep on going ‘fake’… With other body parts. Just like folks who get one tattoo… And end up getting more and more.

More long term talk 

Going long term. It’s hard… Because we live in an instant gratification society (Kinda).

But it’s your only option, if you truly want to win.

What’s needed… Is short term urgency. And long term vision.

That’s what’s > getting taught in the 121 coaching chats.

Which is not easy to do if you’re currently in a lifestyle that’s hard to snap out of (Like a lot of people I meet daily).

And it’s not easy to do in terms of earning money… If you’re currently an adult, with responsibilities.

But again… Going long term is the only way. Because short term fat loss or mass earnings… Can  disappear as fast as it comes.

In terms of physical results. And getting rid of fat. All you’d have to do. Is eat ‘nothing’ and veggies all day.

But in doing so… You’d leave your body with destroyed muscle mass. And a broken metabolism. Which means you’ll gain fat more easily, when you inevitably have to start eating again.

At which point… Your body won’t look good. Because that requires muscles to be fed S-curvishly.

And building lean mature muscle takes time (Hi ‘long term’…).

This stuff is rarely talked about any more, on the newsletter. Or when you become a member. Because it makes the S-curve experience less ‘smooth’. It kills the mood and flow.

Today… You’re just asked questions. And given solutions to those answers. You just turn up and do what’s given to you. Daily… If you start on > Stage 3 or prepaid.

But it’s being highlighted today. To emphasis the fact that you need to have a long term view.

That… Is the magic of going long term!

One way to enforce this into you. Is by embracing > ‘come up for air’, moments daily (That was me 2 days ago… In the hub where I meet new people every other day).

Which gives you moments of clarity.

Buzzers… Wednesday… Why you must adapt. The world changes pretty quickly. Even quicker today. Since everyone has embraced the internet. Which has always been a fast moving target, in terms of things changing.

In 2016… We had evolved the main program into stages 1-4. Which was a 2 year organic upgrade, from a $66 a month program.

It was a nice upgrade. And it showed… Via the results that it helped create.

That too has evolved in 2018. And stage 1-4 is mostly for new arrivals to @fitbuzz today. And > this page, is for established followers.

Just like the LIVE update member page

(Which used to be static).

We change things… Based on what’s going on, at any given time.

Like on Sunday. When I announced the ménage a trois variation of the S-curve formula. I explain all the details of it’s existence on > this page.

As you saw… That wasn’t planned. It all happened, due to an organic event.

But if you are a long term follower. The best advice I have for you, is to adapt to the changes that are going on in the world. And on the newsletter, in S-curve world.

In fact… Another solid reason for you to keep reading/And after becoming a member. Is so that you can stay informed, of how things are adapting out ‘ere. Since we’re involved in different industries, outside of fitness.

And because I myself, have many different interests outside of fitness.

It’s been a while since we’ve done these. Because every newsletter that goes out. Is speaking to new/active or ‘soon to be’ S-curve members/Future partners.

So let’s just talk about one S-curve blueprint tip… Since it’s a topic that came up on Monday, with a > new S-curve member ‘guy’ (Yup… I did say they’ve returned in recent times).

You can still do the stuff that you like to do in your daily life.

> If it’s D-F rated foods, you’ll simply eat less of it. And at different times of the day/Periods within your long term plan.

> If it’s marathons… Or 2-3 hour workout sessions. That will get cut off in the beginning stages. Because it causes shrunk butt.

> If it’s a sport that you like. That… Will continue. As long as it’s not like a 2-3 hour marathon run.

And you’ll be advised on how to merge it, into your plan. Or on how it may boost the effectiveness of your plan (Not just the physical results).

Buzzers… Tuesday…
It’s a strong S-curve member season right now. And I already told you that I’ll be talking about it more…
Than the other parts of the S-curve experience, because of the time of year we’re at present. So let’s
get into it.

Why does the S-curve formula work?

– Combining ‘proven’ science, with current day experience.

– Learning what works and what doesn’t… Because of that experience.

Collectively… We have all seen the different problems that people walk into the program with.

And after a while… There isn’t much that we haven’t seen before. If you’re starting for the first time today.

Because of that…

– Results come quicker.
– It makes it easier for you to become an S-curve member partner, if you choose to be one, after being an S-curve member yourself.

I mentioned that 121 coaching chats (And features related to it)…

Is the key to making all the elements of the S-curve formula work.

But another reason for 121 coaching chats. Is so that you don’t get bored.

It’s also therapy. So we always talk about everything. We > wax on and wax off.

It’s that deeper connection that makes you win. And is the reason why the 1-5-10 year goal is working @ members returning.

The weekend is over. I got myself some solid R & R. It’s a new week. So let’s get into it!
There is just ONE S-curve formula. You go through the process. You win… Simples. Like… Really.
And today… Most of you will just message direct when you want to start or ask about something.
But… I will always show you the different S-curve formula ‘variations’ that are trending. That people are starting on.
Like right now. It’s….

And at some point on your journey. You’ll get notifications like today’s headline on your mobile devices. When people start tagging you in photos. Since you’ll be a lot less scared to take them, once you’re at 60% S-curvish or above.

We’ve been into this for 9 years already. It started off with just ‘fitness’. And today, we’ve organically evolved into an S-curve experience.
And last week… I highlighted the fact that a lot of FitBuzzers, have been starting their own business’s in recent years.
That often comes with a steep learning curve. And you’ll usually take a while before you learn everything you need to, at that level.
> Buzzcoin is a place where you can get your feet wet.
And at this point in time. It’s still early to get in. And simply let your assets gradually grow on there.
The industry will evolve. And whatever it evolves into… Will be used within this S-curve experience, in some way, shape or form.
But for the short term. If you are new. And interested in adding additional incomes streams to your arsenal @ business minded. Then… You can be a member that has money problems to worry about, no more.
This isn’t related to all members of course. Since we have S-curve members that went the ‘higher end’ route @ Results phase and Pre-paid.

People always get my age wrong… By a good 10 years @ assumes younger. Hehe.

And I know that it’s due to living S-curvishly (My FB profile pics are proof of that). Hence…

And second 

I have a quite a few jobs to manage, within this S-curve experience. The most important one. Is to fix your mindset and lifestyle. Which I’ll talk about shortly. Along with last nights shenanigans.

Having the right vibe and energy(s) in your life… Is what keeps you winning.

S-curve members have been active on here for 3-5 years so far. Which means the 1-5-10-15 year plan is working.

If you look at a lot of the ‘likes’ on my own FB profile, on recent posts. Those are mostly FitBuzzers and S-curve members.

Everyone I’ve ever connected with, is on my FB. But… My FB is still, mostly to cater to YOUR needs.

More ‘vibe’ 

One benefit of becoming a member… That members realise, after the fact. Is that they become a lot more positive and success driven.

Yup… Losing a of fat, that you’ve never lost before (Or fixing body parts) does that.

But the reason why this happens. Is because they fixed the lifestyle issues, that got them fat (Or broken) in the first place.

So once again… The real job here. Is more about therapy, mindset and lifestyle fixing. That’s the

main reason why successful members from the past, keep returning.

And I make sure that my own life… Is a shining example of what ‘fixed’ looks like.

No time 

I met up with the same people from last week, last night.

Half of their sales team this time around. And almost all of their lifestyles are broken…

– Long hours
– Smoking
– Bad eating habits
– Can’t seem to visualise a fix to their situation

I of course answered all of their questions with ease. I’ve done this too many times already.

It’ll take some time. And many repeat 121 or group chats (Unlike you… @fitbuzz is still pretty new in their lives) to get them fully immersed into S-curve world.

But it will get done. And at least half of them will stay members, for 1-5-10 years (They’re all aged between 18-35).

Especially since they all live in the hub I’m in. And have watched my own daily lifestyle. On a consistent basis @ I am the walking @fitbuzz business card.

To live to 100 years old FTW (Or even longer… If the movie The Matrix becomes a reality. At this point in time… It seems possible…).

Buzzers… TGIF… The no.1 cure for feeling envy towards other people. S-curve world activity is ‘present and in the moment’, 24/7 right now.

And if you’re a part of anything that I’ve talked about this week. You’ll definitely be feeling the heat.


The weekend is upon us. And although I am heavily active on here (As > my current profile pic  says). Some of you… Don’t need to be @…

– ‘Nutrition focused only’ weekends, as an active member.

– TC2.0 and ‘coming up for air’ for a long weekend (Starting on Thursday and ending on Monday morning is my fave…).

Stage 1-4 is a lot more than just physical results. It always has been. So like I said this week. I’ll continue to educate you, everyday.

Because doing so… Is the only way that you’ll truly benefit, from everything ‘S-curve world’.

Today’s headline

This is the attitude that too many people have.

Usually… They have this thought process. Because they suffer from a problem, that no else that they know… Has.

So they think that the goal is unreachable.

It could be…

– Thyroid problems.
– Shoulder injuries (I’ve dislocated both… So I know about this one VERY well).
– Scoliosis (A common issue).
– Past or on-going surgeries.

That’s why we always focus on tailored/targeted solutions via > Stage 3 and > Prepaid. That’s what has always fixed S-curve members successfully. And in record time.

And regardless of what problem you have. The goal will always be reachable. And the time that it takes… Can and will be cut, substantially.


Because you are human. And the fundamental S-curve formula rules will always apply.

To conclude

Stage 3 has many elements to it… All of which, make up one proven formula (S-curve formula).

Part of that… Is ‘education’. That’s ‘my’ responsibility here. And the best part about education. Is that no one can take that away from you.

And if your memory does start to fade. You have stage 4… To refresh.

That’s where the 1-5-10 year time line kicks in @ being in this experience for the long haul.

Podcast shenanigans

The first podcast started in 2010.

But back then. We was using a service called blip. Which isn’t around anymore.

The focus then… Was on video interviews, with individuals like our ‘today’ social media associates. But… All fitness focused. No OOTD/OOTN/Bikini or lifestyle shenanigans.

The partnerships still exist though.

But today… The new focus is on the S-curve member podcast. It also allows you to connect on a deeper level with ‘me’. Since I only focus on the S-curve member videos behind the scenes.

It’s not a priority right now. But you can just > listen to what is there.

It doesn’t need to be a priority either. Since the focus is on interviewing S-curve members that had specific problems. That they overcame… By becoming a member.

I’ll post new interviews via all S-curve world channels, whenever they come up. Including this newsletter/FB page newsletter.

What’s trending in S-curve world today?

– > Burning man for ‘coming up for air’ (Only happens once a year though).

– A solid > shaker bottle.

– Again… S-curve bodyweight circuit motivation (Your actual workouts are 100% targeted and tailored, based on your on-going results).
