Buzzers… Saturday…

The weekend has arrived. And for many… That means a summer with the kids. Since they’ll be at home from school @ holidays are here for them.

So maybe you can reply and tell me what that’s usually like, at this time of year (If you have kids). Because I’m sure that changes your daily schedule somewhat.

Which means that your Travel-curvish plans might change too.

With me located in the Asia region at present. It means I’ll have to keep my TC2.0 plans restricted to very ‘local’ spots. Since it’s the rainy season.

In fact… That applies to most people who live in countries close to the equator at this specific time.

Because you simply do not play around with typhoons, tsunamis or any of those things. They will take you away and possibly end your life.

But remember though… That just relates to TC2.0. And it is summer now.

So it is of course a great time to take longer Travel-curvish trips. Which means distance and location = unlimited.

For me… That would be somewhere like the location listed in today’s ‘what’s trending’ below. Since it’s going to be all sunshine there.

Just some observations from this weeks gym shenanigans…

#1 Do activities that you enjoy/Make you happy.

This is one of the things that will keep you on the wagon, for months and years to come. Because for most… Doing ‘just’ results focused stuff, can get boring. And can make you quit.

#2 Cheat snacking… You see me doing it all the time in my FB stories.

Fruit or D-F rated sweet things… Look forward to and embrace them. This also helps to keep you on the wagon.

Buzzers… TGIF…

That was an animated movie that I watched yesterday. A funky/quirky film. It’s still posted on my FB stories at present (Amongst other things). Go and take a look at it > here.


Yesterday was all about S-curve blueprint tips. But it was mostly nutrition focused. And rightfully so. Because that’s where we’ll spend almost all of our time. When it comes to daily 121 coaching shenanigans.


The workouts still trigger the results.

And in terms of workouts… It really is about the specific things that you do, that make the biggest changes happen.

And that’s what I’m going to share with you today.

Let’s get into it…

#1 Calves

– 3 step calf raises… Where you pause twice, on the way to the top of each rep. Hold it at the top for a moment. And then super rep (Count down 5 seconds) on the way back down.

– Doing sets where your feet are pointed inwards, straight and outwards.

#2 Triceps

– Tricep push ups

– Laying barbell tricep extensions

#3 Butt

– Super rep clam (Half-hearted reps are NOT allowed).

– Kneeling (On a bench) side to side ‘high’ leg lifts, with ankle weights on. On a bench… Because you have increased range of motion as your feet drop to the sides during the reps. Which helps to boost results.

#4 All of your back (Kill the back fat)– Side to side one arm Kettlebell/dumbbell swings.

– Standing knee to elbows (Progress to adding ankle weights).

#5 Abs

That final exercise on #4. Which is especially effective, as an ‘anywhere’ exercise. Seriously though.

To conclude

All of the above AND yesterday’s list… Is useless to you, unless you use some kind of formula.

We’re talking 3-6-12 months. Even 1-5 years. Just something… That makes you continuously succeed during that time period.

We have of course, created the S-curve formula. Which is years of experience + proven results. Stirred up into a magical pot. So that when you sip on the potion… You come out the other end ‘awesome’.

Fudging going back to butt business

Buzzers… TBT…

There’s quite a few layers that exist in… And make up what is, S-curve world… On here.

– My own lifestyle.
– TC2.0.
– FB stories and the crazy-ish you’ll often find there.
– The food posts… From all stages of the S-curve formula (A-rated… All the way to the stealing from the restaurant food menu).

That’s the S-curve experience.

But we will always end up going back to what initially got you here in the first place. Which is to fix your mind/body. Mostly the mind today. Because that’s where 100% of you are screwing up.

So much so… That you just end up sitting back, in acceptance of a failed state.

When in reality… You should be living your current day lifestyle… In a succeeding state @ body + mind.

So today… We’re going have a longer than usual TBT blueprint tips list. As you’ll end up doing this stuff subconsciously. Simply because you’re reading this newsletter.

#1 Rating foods from A-F…

Some folks are still uneducated in this area. Regardless of where they are located in the world. But that’s OK. It means we just need to keep spreading the message, to the folks that need it.

It’s pretty simple. Which is…

A = Apple
F = Apple pie with custard

I) Most of your meals will be A-C rated. Because just ‘A’ is too boring @ taste. And to increase the amount of nutrients that you’re exposed to.

II) A-rated fruit will be your cheat snacks, most of the time.

III) D-F-rated foods can be enjoyed on the occasional TGIF cheat night.

Things get a little more advanced after that @ tailoring for the long term. But to start with… That’s all you need to know.

#2 The way you move

Becoming S-curvish = Lifting weights

Shredding to smexy = S-curve bodyweight circuits

Just sticking to that simple info will save you a lot of time and disappointment.

#3 Making A-rated foods ‘tasty’

– Rice
– Potatoes
– Oats
– Muesli
– Shredded wheat

All taste like s*** on their own.

If your plan told you to eat those foods as listed. You will quit @ even attempting to become S-curvish.

All you have to do… Is add whatever you want, to spice them up. Just make sure that whatever you use… Is low in saturated fat. That’s it.

#4 No fruit (Or ANY cheat snack) 3-4 hours before you sleep.

Depending on what’s going on in your life right now… That headline, is indeed a question, that may catch you out. If … You’re taking certain pictures of yourself (Or pictures getting taken of you), in certain situations.

Elephant in the room (Example) =

The people in your life – ”Hey… We don’t remember you having a ‘life’ partner? So who took the pic?”

When it appears to be a new collections pictures, of ‘just’ you.

That’s the vibe in the online world right now @ people calling out BS or shady behaviour. Regardless of the situation.

All of which… Can never affect you, if you’re living your truth.

Buzzers… Monday…

It’s a new week. So let’s explain what that headline is all about :).

Things do indeed change and evolve on here, every year…

But as human nature goes… Most people aren’t used to change. They more often than not… Expect things to remain the same.

Which certainly isn’t the reality in today’s hyper fast, internet embraced world.

For those who have lived in this internet world in past years. Especially in business. Change… Is expected and anticipated.

So today… It’s time to update you with where we’re at in S-curve world.

#1 Pay as you go focused and tailored Paypal links.

Yes… You can still visit the stage 1-4 pages, hit the buy buttons and begin/continue as member.

But in regards to today’s S-curve shenanigans. Everything is triggered by a 121 conversation via one of the social media channels (FB Messenger/Instagram/Tumblr).

Which often leads to individual Paypal links being created.

I ‘get it’ too @ why. Because even when I myself, search for a business. The first thing I do, is look for a live chat link, before doing anything else (I done it twice this past weekend).

And this is why I’m always sending you to the FB page or to my own profile @ FB stories. So that when you feel the need to talk… You know that theres somewhere for you to go, in order to do that.

#2 We’ve killed the ‘sell you into a program’ vibe. 

Well… We’ve never really had THAT kinda vibe on here to begin with. Which is why we’ve had active members who are still here, 5+ years later. They are family.

But when something is being sold. Or something is on offer to buy. That’s what people expect @ ‘you’re gonna try to sell to me’ vibe.

Kinda like when a guy takes your number (Or you give him yours, because he made a decent enough first impression on you). You’re expecting him to want s3x only. But he might just turn out to be ‘a good one’ and be genuinely interested in you.

Either way…

People are learning, that we’re definitely not about THAT vibe on here… After following for a while and doing some due diligence. Especially after adding ME on Facebook.

We’ve gone more LIVE over the past few years… And I’ve brought you into my own personal daily lifestyle (Which IS the S-curve experience) and personality, more recently.

So now you can see… That it’s all about the experience.

#3 There’s less fake BS tolerated @ internet 

Fake lifestyles

Everyone is picking up on that today @ internet.

But in S-curve world. The lifestyle here, is all about living how you’re currently living. But in an improved way. I’m doing it everyday. Which you can see in my FB stories.

So when you see a TC2.0 post, for example. That’s all about showing you destination types. And not about showing off the fact that one is actually on a trip.

So you will know that the pic is taken live, if it’s me on the the TC2.0 trip. No fake-ish.

Fake body parts (At least in S-curve world @ less of)


Now that we live in a world where it’s harder to be trash and fake (People will call you out on everything).

It is true… That quite a few who become members… Already have fake body parts. Namely boobs.

And it’s more common with US S-curve members, than in any other country. In Asia… It’s more about tattooed eyebrows, lips, nose jobs.

But… I personally get why @ namely boobs.

Because those who become members… Have had attempts at becoming S-curvish. And succeeding at different levels from doing so (Which is why they became members).

And by doing so… You’ll often end up losing a cup size or more. Because boobs are just fat. And when you lose fat. You lose it all over.

So… Boobs get bought back.

However… It’s not encouraged. Because just like getting one body tattoo. It often leads to getting more


Which would mean more fake body parts. And that is 100% NOT needed.

It’s very easy to transform your body with > natural foods and > specific supplements. At record speeds too, if you want ‘speed’.

It’s been a while since I’ve taken one of those weekend trips away.

At this…

Awesome… But less popular/quieter destinations that are 2-4 hours away from your home location for 2-4 days.
And those trips, are indeed a vital part of the S-curve formula.Just remember though. That TC2.0 doesn’t have to involve extensive travel. It can just be a place where…

– You have complete serenity.
– Can ‘come up for air’ for a few days and not just 1-2 hours @ a regular day.
– Find true moments of clarity.

And that’s what you would have been seeing via my most recent FB posts/stories.

– An empty business center.
– A roof top swimming pool (It’s been ‘my spot’ for a few years now. It works for me… So I keep going there).
– A local mall, that has been built around the > theme of Venice, in Italy.

It’s not all fun and games though. And we’ll no doubt have periods seriousness during your time here.

So let’s dig into some blueprint tips that help you along within this S-curve experience.

#1 The perfect S-curve cereal is…

– Wheat type + Water (Microwave)/Almond milk + Whey + Raisins (Or other dried fruit)

And variations of that.

#2 Cycling is still the best way to do a 20-30 minute S-curve HIIT workout. The most ‘fun’, is swimming and
badminton (This will boost a shred on some results phases).

#3 You are still the youngest you’ll ever be… Ever again…

One of the things that is continuously highlighted, is how it’s more difficult to start becoming S-curvish. At 35+ years old. Especially if you’ve had many previous years of being Less-curvish.

And yes… We confirmed that this age timeline is real.

– 18-25 Almost all physical goals
– 25-35 Physical, mental, lifestyle goals
– 35-45 Less physical, more mental, more health goals
– 45-60 All health and mental goalsIt doesn’t matter who you are. Or your situation. Your situation could even sound like > Kristine’s.

Just don’t wait around if you need a current day fix!

And I’m sure you like the sound of looking 10-15 years younger than your biological age. Like Amy or Anita in the hall of fame.

#4 The argument against looking 90-100% S-curvish continues…

Yup… The Instagram and Pinterest ‘bodies’ are there to motivate you. And overall… It’s the S-curve experience, explained via images.

But… You don’t actually need to get there ‘fast’.
