Buzzers… TGIF…

It’s Friday. And in S-curve world. That means it’s time to embrace a cheat ‘night’ (If you want to).

It’s going to be a weekend of World Cup and TC2.0 planning for me. But let’s dig into today’s headline.

NEW: One month butt plan x 12 

And NOT… 12 months of ONE butt plan

This applies to everyone that’s living in this current digital age. Especially the new young generation.

Because today… We’re all consuming things fast-er. And pretty much forgetting about those things, not too long after.

But some things in life, will still take work…

– Real relationships (Romantic, friendship or business).

– Learning a skill at pro level.

We’re not at > this level of learning… Yet :D. But we might not be too far off @ AI shenanigans.

– And starting in S-curve world @ Becoming S-curvish and succeeding…

The solution to the long process of getting results. Is to live out the ‘now’ S-curve experience. Where the whole process is structured into your daily life.

That way… You’re just using the S-curve formula, naturally.

And at some point over time. You’ll look in the mirror and notice that you look near perfect. I know… Because that’s what happened to me in the past 1-2 years.

I didn’t focus on one specific thing at all. I just lived out the S-curve experience shenanigans (As you can now see in my LIVE FB stories).

And in recent months… I’ve looked ‘near perfect’ on most body parts (I always need to focus on legs though, since it’s the hardest body part to build on ME).

A few of the ingredients of that formula include:

– Short split routines.
– Cheat snacks (You’ll definitely know me for this, if you have me added on FB).
– Eating the main S-curve meals everyday, without fail.

This is the big benefit of having the Lifestyle Phase in place.

We basically take long term goal. And split it into a lot of one month goals… That we analyse just once a month.

Every year, I have a prediction of what the next 12 months will look like.

And the prediction in recent times?

#1 Becoming more of an ‘experience’, than just a program that fixes your body (Happened… It’s what a lot of people in S-curve universe is doing).

Everyone is realising that in S-curve world…. It starts with the bodies. But it continues on, elsewhere (The pre-headline on More buzz or just scan the Pinterest feed).

#2 Blockchain now becoming a reality (Just look at all the ads floating around… And Facebook lifting the ban on that industry recently).

One step ahead of you all… Always.

Buzzers… Thursday…

As I’ve said in recent previous newsletters… Be sure to watch my Facebook stories, for all things non-S-curvish.

It’s all me (Like… ‘Personal’ me) there.

Today’s headline

We’ve turned into an ‘experience’ now. So today… There’s less of a focus on ‘just’ becoming S-curvish. And ‘just’ getting you in as a member.

And that… Has lead to a better relationship with a lot of you. Since it doesn’t always feel like we’re just trying to get you in as a member (Even if we all know that you need to be one).

Becoming a ‘successful’ member today… Costs more, in terms of money. Since the value has gone up over time (We can near predict what your future results will be… With the timeframes too).

But money isn’t the issue. And for most of you… You’ve never cared @ how much you pay.

You either…

– Enjoy being a part of the S-curve experience.
– Want a super service that you can trust.

But this year… The ‘not just wanting you in as member’ factor, has heightened. Because the focus is now on > Pay as you go.

Which means… That we kinda earn less from getting you in as members. But… We’ve moved ahead with a pay as you go focus (You can still do the main plans) because…

It’s offers a better value proposition, whilst living the S-curve experience.

And this year… We’ve had a lot of returning members because of that.


– Past S-curve members.
– Long time FitBuzzers who became members for the first time.

And all of them are happy with the set up. The pressure feels off.

So now…

> They’ll become members
> Be a little more relaxed in the chats
> Start getting results
> Starts looking into supplements > like this (We’ve only ever listed a few @ mandatory list)
> Eyes up the LIVE feed (Experience shenanigans)

Buzzers… Wednesday…

As you’ll know… This newsletter, discusses the events that happened the day before. Either offline or online… With everyone that interacts with all things S-curve world.

And yesterday… It was highlighting the body parts that most women who want to become S-curvish… Want to change.

It of course requires a complete formula. Food fixing, mindset fixing, physical activity fixing @ S-curve formula

But since the workouts are the trigger for results. And since we’ll always ‘blueprint tip’ on the newsletter.Let’s list some effective exercises that will target the desired body parts…

#1 Lean arms 

A general rule: High reps + light weight.

– Super rep single arm over head dumbbell tricep extension

– Super rep dumbbell curls

– Tricep push ups

#2 A bigger butt

A general rule: Hip extension exercise variations.

– Super rep clam with a dumbbell

– Side to side leg lifts with ankle weights on (Standing variation, bent forward 45 degrees at the waist)

#3 Visible collar bone + Keep boob shrinkage to a minimum 

We have a module to help keep your boobs from shrinking @ created in 2017, due to too many members boobs shrinking (Ya… Sounds funny. But it’s not. Hehe).

General rule: Keep wide grip or wide range of motion movements to a minimum.

– This one varies. But it can start with the incline bench press, with a light weight.

#4 Smaller thighs General rule: Always focus on hitting your butt + less ‘generic variation’ squats and deadlifts.

– Use medium level weights, on all effective exercises that hit your thighs.

You can’t stop working your thighs. As every body part needs to be hit.

> Single leg squats
> High tension standing lunges


All of the above, is what I tell everyone on day one. When I’m meeting someone for the first time. Or moments before someone becomes a member.

But it really does only start there. It will 100% change once you get into your plan. 

Because the plan changes, based on how your body responds to what you throw at it. And for most of us… That info is unknown.

The workouts though…

Are still the easiest part of the S-curve formula. Because all of the ‘calculating’ happens behind the scenes.

You just need to turn up daily. And do what’s given to you, on your LIVE update member page.

Preparation before the storm

Buzzers… Choose ‘today’…

It’s been a normal start to the week. And a continuation of last weeks shenanigans. Especially since the World Cup is still on.

But let’s get into today’s headline shall we…

Preparation before the storm 

One of the elements of the S-curve formula. Is to prepare your body and mind, for events like, the festive season in the fall.

Like… Instead of dreading the Thanksgiving/Christmas binge. As a member… You are encouraged to embrace the binge.


– Because it’s all about having more fun. Which is something you will always look forward to throughout all S-curve experience shenanigans.

– It’s when you’ll have the most nutrient variety entering your guts. Which will actually boost your results.

But what about all that excess fat?

You only have to worry about that, if your body and mind aren’t prepared.

Mind = Habit building shenanigans set in. So you’ll always revert back to your S-curvish ways, after excess eating/fun.

Body = You’ll only keep long lasting fat. If you’re already fat. Not when you’re 60% S-curvish and above. Any new fat that’s gained, will disappear within a week.

Thinking long term with short time frames

That’s another preparation strategy, that we set from the start.

That is…

We have the 1-5 year goal. Because the long lasting results, needs that time frame (Even though you can get there in 6-8 months as a serious member).

But… We work in 1-3 month batches.

– It started with the intro to the Results and Lifestyle phases.

– It progressed, with this years focus on pay as you go.

– It’s importance is now heightened, as that strategy coincides with today’s S-curve experienceshenanigans.

So understand… That everything you do as a member… Sets you up to win in multiple ‘futures’.

Some past members are realising this now…As they started in 2014-15-16-17. But have returned… Failing. Because time passed them by (As it always does @ impatience on day one/short attention span mind failed them).

And they didn’t stay as good students (Usually cheated on their plan with something else for too long (4-6 weeks at a time is allowed though).

So… That’s just a heads up. Because if you’ve been following for any number of years. That will likely continue.

So that’s a message to re-emphasis to you, during your time here in S-curve world.

Trending in S-curve world today– Resistance bands @ the most recent videos vibes – Because you’ll be able to do ALL effective exercises… Anywhere. You’ll learn how, as an active member.

The week starts on Tuesdays

It’s a start of a brand new week. And sometimes… The real Monday, actually starts on Tuesday.

In S-curve world… That’s what it will be like this week. Since a lot of people who are involved here… Are recouping from last weeks shenanigans.

The daily newsletter… Of course, reports the events from the day before.

Yesterday was no less eventful than any other day. But what was discussed yesterday, has already been covered in last weeks convos.

So today. We’ll just reminder blueprint tip to kick start the week.

First though…

Trending in S-curve world today 

> Kayaking in El Nido – I haven’t been back for a while. But at the time… It became my no.1 tropical place to visit. It has since gained in popularity. Which means it qualifies less as TC2.0. As it’s all about the quieter, less popular destinations.

> Bodyweight circuit shenanigans

> The One Plus 6 – Not sure why. But it’s been taking over the selfie/belfie snaps recently @ associates/new members.

Blueprint tips

Just remember… These are just a few, from a very long list. All of which you will encounter… At some point as an S-curve member.
You’ll always get given the blueprint tips that are most relevant to YOU.. As an active member.

#1 Decrease the weight on the ‘effective exercises’ that you have the worst form with.

And… Focus on improving that form. Seriously… Too many people put their ego first in this area. And it eventually screws them up @ long term results.

You FitBuzzer… Focus on ya form.

It’ll set you up perfectly for our 6 month strength progression module over on stage 3.

#2 Becoming S-curvish… It’s a crazy, scary, yet delightful process. Because a lot of things change, in regards to your mind and body, at a pretty quick pace. I’m talking several times a day at times too.
So don’t worry about what you do and don’t like in your first 1-3 months. Because everything that is happening, will take you to your long term results.
#3 A-C rated? Totally natural or slightly processed – It needs to be, so that you have a larger pool of nutrients to munch on @ food/meal variety.
#4– Protein is higher than other similar food variations?
– Carbs are higher than other similar food variations?
– Saturated fat (Or fat overall) is zero?
– Fat is high in mono/poly, yet zero in saturated?
– Certain vitamins and minerals are present in high numbers?
– Fiber is higher than usual? (Like purple/black rice)

If any of the above are true… Then you buy and try. There’ll be a place for it to go within the S-curve meal structure.

But don’t keep on munching on the food if you don’t like the taste.

For example

Muesli is a great cereal to try with new S-curve members who previously didn’t vary their meals.But it isn’t the most fun to eat. Granola would be the better option.

#5 Increase your total daily intake
The S-curve workouts will make that easier to ‘stomach’ @ pun intended. But stick to the S-curve meal structure without fail… For the perfect 90-100% S-curvish look.
This can happen at chosen stages (Shredding or becoming S-curvish). Goal = Build ‘soft lean’ muscle.
There’s 4 types of meal structure that we usually give to S-curve members. Which of course, is further tailored and then changes based on your ongoing results (Again… 6-18 months/1-5 year goals). All current members know this all too well now. And you need to be ‘in the know’ too.
And best of all… That long term mindset will help you succeed in other areas of your life too…
– ‘Stuff’ in regards to raising kids. Like teaching them that mindset too. Which is a big + in this new short attention span/instant gratification world. Which means they’ll become a rare breed amongst their peers as they become adults.

My last words

Buzzers… Sunday…

It’s been a busy week. And we’ve covered a lot of stuff.

It’s an online and offline world… Integrated into one.

So of course… We’ll RECAPO shortly. But before we do… Let me just remind you, that everything we do here… Is about creating a better version of your current day life.

Because I consistently get to see how peoples lives improve, when they start as FitBuzzers or members!

Anything that helps the world in some way… Needs to be spread further out into the world. Which

was one reason why I ended up moving to the Asian region of the world. So that I can see things
first hand (There was a lot of digital activity from there at first).

It starts with thie bodies.

But as new people begin to subscribe and consume the daily content. They realise that it just starts there. And continues… Into much deeper and important subject matters.

For some members. They want to get into creating a business that’s set up, in the way that @fitbuzz is set up. Because it allows them to truly live the S-curve experience life.

I’m living that life. And I’ve started to show it via Facebook stories. So make sure you add or follow me on there. Not just the page. Because the page content, is a lot more static.

And like I said yesterday… It’s all about LIVE now. It really is.

As usual… I’m only just starting to recover. When going out in the city. After connecting/re-connecting with a mass set of people.

Fortunately… We live in a digital age. So it’s easier than ever before, to ‘stay’ connected with the people you meet.

Most of you wouldn’t even be reading today’s newsletter, if that wasn’t the case.

Which leads me into today’s topic…

Remember when we said we were going more LIVE in 2016?

Well… That’s old now.

Then don’t be. Because the cheat snack saves the day, every single time.

It’s when you eat a small portion of your favorite C-F rated food (Or fruit, if you’re a fan of staying ‘clean’), right after eating your main A-C rated S-curve meals.

In short… It means that cheat foods will never affect you in a major way, ever again.

About last night…

Buzzers… Friday…

If you remember back to this time last year. I was out in the city a lot more…

– Bringing people into the S-curve experience. And re-establishing it for those who were living

parts of it.

I regularly link to > that album on here from time to time as well.

That album is a perfect display of what the S-curve experience looks like.

And last night… I reconnected with a lot of those people. Which you might have seen on my FB stories (Lasts 24hrs, so take a look).

Did I learn anything new?

#1 Nights out in the city @ roof top bars are still awesome.

#2 Some of the people who became S-curve members… Are now stealing the meals from restaurant food menus (Which happens at around stage 4).

#3 Creating memories together is a great way to build up the trust factor. So we’ll keep doing that. Online… Offline or wherever (FB stories via ‘me’, is the newest place to check out).

Some blueprint tips

– Staying S-curvishly perfect is hard. Because life has too many ups and downs. Even when using the best parts of the S-curve formula.

One great long term approach, to stay-curvish. Is to do a Results Phase every 10-12 weeks. Do that… And you’ll never worry about your ‘image’ again.

– Get your teeth dentist cleaned (Yup).

You’ve been caught cheating!

The newsletter is going out a little earlier today. As I’ll be offline a little more, during the usual newsletter ‘sending time’ period.

So let’s waist no time (Pun intended) and get into today’s headline…

Becoming an S-curve member…

You’ll know by now. That you need to do some kind of long term plan, in order to win @ all results.

Initially… What comes to mind, is 1-2 years of monthly payments. But that’s not the reality within S-curve world. With today’s experience… It’ll be some variation of that. And you are ‘expected’ to cheat on that long term plan… With some outside activities.

That wouldn’t be the norm in a country like Japan. Where they honour there plan(s). And never quit on something that helps/serves them well.

But here in S-curve world. It’s OK to quit temporarily. It’s why we have members that have now been here for over 5 years.

That was not 5+ years of monthly payments. It was indeed on and off. And those members have done different things in-between.

But as time has gone on… They have started to do it in an S-curve formula way.

For example…

One may want to take up another sport.

But instead of doing something random. They would ensure that the activity is HIIT focused. Since a slow-go cardio focused activity would kill their S-curvish results (Like suffering from shrunk butt).

There are two scenarios that commence here…

#1 You learn by feeling the pain of making mistakes.

#2 You learn from ‘pros’. Pay a premium if you have to. And get it done.

Most members are too grown and too busy to be wasting time making mistakes. So becoming a member at some level, is the option most go for now.

So to conclude… Just remember that it’s OK and encouraged… To do things outside of your main plan.

Often times… It’s stuff that we regularly do within the S-curve experience. Like in yesterday’s trending video @ kayaking.
