Buzzers… Saturday…

It’s the last day of the month and Q1 2018. So I’ll be taking it slow this weekend. Enjoying some new music and movies (> Ready Player One). And preparing for the next quarter.

I know something… About YOU?

Well… I don’t know anything really. Not until I talk to you 121.

But once I do… It’s only then, that I can change your fudging life!

Because the non-scientific parts of the S-curve formula, requires some insider knowledge about YOU. That knowledge, will then lead to a tailored plan, based around your current day life/style.

That’s the only way to make you look and feel like the best version of yourself @ guaranteed physical/mental results.

One thing I do know for sure though… Is that you don’t look and feel your best… Because of your current thought processes.

I’ve personally been there a few times, since starting these S-curve shenanigans, in the early days  of stayfitbug.com.

So I know what it’s like to make big mental and physical shifts. Which means I know you’re going to have to do completely opposite things, in order to win.

Examples from past members

Aanu – Thought it was a good idea to eat fruit at night.

Nope… That spikes your insulin levels and encourages unwanted fat gain. Morning until early evening only

@ eating fruit.

A few members – Constantly eat chocolate before bed. And it was ‘protocol’ for them (WTF).

You can occasionally play around like that, when you’re beyond 60% S-curvish. But if you’re below that level… Then… That’s 100% why you don’t look and feel your best.

The problem here… Is that everyone thinks they have super human powers. And that certain things won’t affect ‘them’. Because they’re ‘special’ (Like those who won’t think they’ll get pregnant, that ‘one time’ @ late night bed time shenanigans).

Ha…

That sh*t will catch up to you for sure. And when it does. The people that you’re regularly around, will let you know about it. Usually… Long before you notice any changes.

So cut that out already.

The only thing that you should be eating before bed. Is casein and some mono/poly fats (Fish oil tablets).

Or any tasty ‘protein only’ food that you like. Since it’s not realistic to sip on casein @ the long term (Lifestyle phase).
ConclusionIt’s Easter weekend. So I’ll keep this short.

All of the above, is only to do with stages 1-4 though. And as you saw in > yesterdays newsletter… We have a lot more things going on in this S-curve universe.

Buzzers… Friday…

It doesn’t matter if you celebrate Easter or not in S-curve world. All that matters, is that you enjoy this long weekend.

Which is of course, the perfect time to embrace a TC2.0 weekend.

She has 14 cats?

One thing I like about living in a city with a warm climate… Is the city nights. People are always out and about outdoors.

And a new trend… Is for people to sit around outdoors, on benches and open hangout spots with seating areas.

(Is it like that in your city too?)

It’s a cool vibe. And talking to other people around you is optional. But the point of it all… Is to not be stuck on your mobile devices indoors.

I typically do this, when starting the day. I just work from an outdoor hangout spot. No four walls. Not even a coffee shop.

And if on a TC2.0 trip… To work by the pool or some other outdoor area @ #roomwithaview.

Anyway…

Last night… I bumped into a lady that feeds and rescues stray cats. And so far, she’s rescued 14 of them over time.

In fact… I informed her that another lady does the same thing. With the same ‘cat’.

And it’s interesting that the cat recognises when they’ve arrived on the scene for the day. Amongst a sea of people.

I’m mentioning this…. As I like to get out there and do this newsletter… LIVE. Because people don’t know what they don’t know. Even me.

And once you’ve changed someone’s perspective. They’re changed for good. And they’ll always run back to you for help.

I know this works… As I constantly run back for help, to certain people that I’ve connected to over time.

– Surfing shenanigans
– Stuff related to ‘you can optional’
– Cliff jumping and even sky diving

Yup… I’m casually around folks who live ‘that life’ at present.
This is why I push so hard for people to be on > stage 3. Any time longer than 1 month is good enough. Because I’ve seen the impact it has on the members who start there. Online or in person… It’s exactly the same.Stage 3 costs more… Because it simply is the best option. But once you’ve experienced it… You’re set forever.

You can return for another dose at some point after that too. And if you do become more ‘pro’. You can then get on stage 4.

So let’s see who I end up meeting today, eh.

Buzzers… TBT…

It’s been a while since we’ve had a beginners Q & A on here.

That is… The questions that usually comes up, right before someone shows interest in becoming an S-curve member. So let’s get into it…

Does it take hard work to become S-curvish?

Only if you don’t know what you’re doing.

Shred to smexy example @ it’s easy

Results phase for 1-2 months
> A Lifestyle phase for all other times
> Follow the S-curve meal structure that’s set for you
> Do 20 minute S-curve bodyweight circuits

That’s it. Then results gradually come.

What makes things ‘hard’… Is YOU.

– Your mental state
– Your hissy fits
– The people you choose to be around
– Individual habits

That’s what the proven scientific processes can’t fix. But we have created formulas within the 121 chats to help us with that.

So what’s the deal with ‘food’?

When people ask this… What they’re really getting at… Is if they need to sacrifice their ‘current day’ eating habits.

Of course… We’ve created a formula for that too.

A-F rated explained…

– A = Apple
– F = Apple pie with custard

For your main meals… You’ll eat A-C rated. Because ‘A’ on it’s own… Is just way too boring @ taste. And… Because expanding towards C rated, allows for more nutrient variety. Which boosts results.

You can eat D-F rated foods as your cheat snacks. Once you’re successfully on your way to 60% S-curvish.

A cheat snack, is a cheat food, that you eat a small amount of. Usually right after your A-C rated main meal.

You’ll stick to A-rated cheat snacks (Fruit) if you’re after serious results, at any given time. And you’ll stick to eating these (Fruit) cheat snacks, throughout the day, when you’re not eating your main meals.

So… That’s how it works with ‘food’ in S-curve world.

And what about supplements?

We use them to boost the value of ‘food’. Namely whey and casein.

But the ones you find over on > More buzz are all great to get. We’ll use them all. Regardless of which stage or experiment you jump on.

It’s more (than ever before) than just the butt

Buzzers… Wednesday…

An S-curvish physique is usually the first thing you’ll see when you enter our world.

But as you become a newsletter reader/member. You quickly learn that it’s not really about fixing your butt. It’s more about fixing your brain and lifestyle.

You would have seen my own struggles with this by now. Through the back stories. And via my own image, in pics and videos over the years.

But it’s not about me. It’s about YOU.

That’s why we have S-curve member stories in place, to document your journey. It’s why we focus on building solid relationships with certain businesses and associates.

That… Is the bigger picture.

– You… Becoming a better version of your current self.

– You… Becoming an influencer to others (More so for your close circle of people, rather than the masses).

Having a nice ‘S-curvish’ body to match, isn’t a bad added bonus at all. This is why my own Facebook is completely ‘open’.

#1 You can optional (Below)

What you currently see there… Ties into the topic of ‘business’, that goes on in the 121 chats with some S-curve members.

And also ties into living the S-curve experience. Namely… Being able to work from anywhere, workout anywhere and to be ‘free’ on TC2.0 trips.

Again… It’s called ‘you can optional’. Because it isn’t for everyone.

#2 You can be cheap and ‘win’ @ > stage 1. You’ll just have to push through on your own. Which has been proven to be harder to do on your own. Which also takes up more time.

You can go ‘higher end’ @ stage 3. Doing so will will save you a ton of time, put someone in your corner at all times… And pretty much guarantee your desired outcome.

She returned

Buzzers…

Recently… There have been a lot of FitBuzzers returning from the ashes.

FitBuzzers who were around, during the ‘Operation S-curve’ days (2012). Long before we even had a long term plan/S-curve formula in place.

They’re usually returning to my Facebook or the Insta. Since those are the easiest places where you’ll re-find us… Due to our daily social media activity.

And the first thing they see upon returning, is > More buzz.

Their reaction to what they see there, reminds us of how far we’ve come.

These are FitBuzzers who have been away for 3-5 years. A lot has changed since then.

But just like your physical results… It usually takes an outsiders view on YOU… For you to realise how much you’ve changed. Which is also a reason why you should try to avoid looking in the mirror so much.

One reason for their initial disappearance… Is from moving to a new city.

I know from personal experience, how crazy it can get when you uproot yourself to a new place.

One thing that these busy adults are realising on their return… Is that they can actually do all of this becoming S-curvish stuff, from anywhere.

Especially when using the S-curve bodyweight circuits. Since you don’t even need equipment, when on a lifestyle phase.

lifestyle phase is what most will enter, at this time of year. Because…

– It’s Spring @ all countries above the equator
– Summer movies, BBQ’s, festivals, TC and TC2.0 trips will be embraced to the full

You’re encouraged to do that stuff. It’s the S-curve experience.

It doesn’t matter what your daily life looks like either. You CAN live more of your days doing those things.

All you need, is a mobile device and a mobile internet connection. Then you’re good to go.

You can do all of this stuff from anywhere…

Remember… Working out isn’t what will take up your time. What will take up time, is absorbing the info on your LIVE update member page.

And you are just one app away, from getting 121 help, via Messenger.

If something is bugging you… You simply load up the chat. It’ll be me who replies to you instantly. Which will most likely be my main role for the time being.

Conclusion

People are returning… Because of the trust factor that was built years ago.

I do the same thing, with some individuals/businesses that I’ve learned from, years ago. So I ‘get it’ @ why they return.

Things do change. But they also stay the same.

Yup…

Most years of your life won’t look too different from the rest.

It’s natural to want to start a new year… Wanting things to be radically different from the last. But as the year kicks in… You’ll tend to get back to a routine that you know.

This is why some are returning right now.

The good thing for those who are returning… Is that things in S-curve world do change… And radically. So they’re returning to an improved place.

It’s a new week. And we;re going to start it, with a part 2 to > yesterday’s newsletter. So let’s get into it…

Haters in the DM’s (Part 2 – Solution)

We’ll simply do this in the form of ‘actionable’ S-curve blueprint tips. This is stuff that you will have to do, on your journey towards becoming S-curvish.

Oh… And you know that discount that you get, as you move through the stages?

Well… There’ll be a discount off the > new stage 2 ($20 off).

All you have to do, is send ME a message on Messenger. Stating that you’re going to take action on today’s blueprint tips.

And of course… Taking action on today’s blueprint tips, will indeed put you in preparation mode.

Which means your motivation levels should be on the up.

S-curve blueprint tips to get you out of non-believer mode#1

 Food variety habit (Slow digesting carbs example) – Keep a small portion of oats, rice, pasta and  potatoes in your kitchen. It’ll be a constant reminder to continuously re-fill them as they start to run low. And to choose a different variation of each food type. Like… Oats > Museli > Granola.

Food variety is arguably the best thing for boosting your results @ why this is important.

#2 Don’t stack cheat snacks in your kitchen. Buy and eat them on the day/In that moment.

#3 Kill all slow-go cardio activity (For now).

#4 You’ll do your hardest workouts from Mon-Weds.

#5 You’ll do a Tailored Daily Exercise video every single day (To start with – This is always tailored. But I’ll send you an example vid, if you message. I’m sending it for free, because I’ll know that you’re serious if you’re a person that decides to message).

#6 Choose a few fave fruits. Those will be your cheat snacks (For now).

#7 Choose a body type that you like from our Insta/Pinterest profiles. Save that to your phones wallpaper (The lock screen wallpaper).

#8 Your body changes… But the S-curve formula doesn’t.

Yup…

– Your body will go through several changes in any one week.
– Your body will change over time.

But the S-curve formula as a whole, has been designed, to deal with whatever your body is going through at any given time. And whatever age you are too @ this…

– 18-25 Almost all physical goals
– 25-35 Physical, mental, lifestyle goals
– 35-45 Less physical, more mental, more health goals
– 45-60 All health and mental goals
I’ll probably step out of the S-curve formula at some point. But right now… I’m there for you @ the 121 coaching shenanigans part of it.So use me :D.

#9 Don’t take time to ‘learn’ anything. Just ‘do’ what’s given to you on your member page.

– Saving time
– Saving money
– Free to do this s*** from ANYWHERE!

Those are all big ‘pros’ for becoming a member. So make sure you stay in line @ those benefits.

Haters in the DM’s

Buzzers… Sunday…

You know… We’ve pretty much been 100% ‘positivity’ on here from day 1 (2009). And a lot of day 1 FitBuzzers are still here.

They’re still here, because we changed some part of their world. It’s like that guy who broke your virginity (Girls). You just don’t forget it.

Some of them are connected with me too. Not just @fitbuzz.

Now…

In the past two years, we’ve become more ‘live’. Showing more of what goes on, daily.

This has lead to more people being active on @ what we’re doing. On my own Facebook… This has lead to more private messages entering my Messenger inbox.

Usually… It’s just messages from FitBuzzers who want to become members.

But sometimes… It’s messages from women, who don’t believe that the results are real @ becoming S-curvish.

The negativity isn’t directed towards ‘us’. Because we’re always hyper positive.

The negativity… Comes from a place of ones own personal experiences. They just haven’t seen anything extraordinary happen to them, outside of their daily norm.

I could of course show them what a fake body looks like, in reply to their non-belief. But we won’t do that. Because > we know what we are.

So instead… I use these conversations as an opportunity to turn these individuals into S-curve members.

As you can see… This would be much more than just achieving physical results. It’s more about changing their mental state. Because once we change that… We change them forever!

That’s when they can survive on their own on > stage 4.

S-curve members Alicia… Yani… And more recently… Mai… (See results pages)

They all were non-believers on day one.

In terms of a Yani and Alicia… They didn’t end up looking like any of the other ladies that you’ll see around @fitbuzz. Instead… They ended up looking like better versions of themselves!

So understand… That all pics/vids posted, are supposed to trigger your emotions.

But when we’re posting… It’s with the intention to get you into the S-curve experience as a whole.

You just received an A-star

Buzzers… Saturday…

It’s another non-active TC2.0 weekend for me.That really is the best thing going on within the S-curve experience right now. With food shenanigans being a close second place. Which is of course, enjoyed to the max, whilst on a TC2.0 trip.

Food is also the thing that we talk about the most in our 121 coaching chats too.

The workouts are almost entirely automated now. Due to all of our past experiences with S-curve members who all came in with a different set of problems each time.

But what’s holding me back?

– Building relationships with Instagram @fitbuzz associates

– Building relationships with related businesses that are active on stayfitbug.com

– Amazon product selection… Stuff that you’ll naturally stumble upon when active on @fitbuzz social media accounts.

Along with some other stuff going on behind the scenes.

TC2.0 can never be fully enjoyed if you have a ton of ‘hands on’ stuff going on. As you’ll always be active on your devices. Which kills one of the points of taking those trips. Which is to totally ‘come up for air’.

So make sure you go ahead and enjoy them.

If you are making the decision to take the trips… Based on our posting shenanigans…Then we’re doing our  job ‘right’. 🙂

Amazon booty… The sequel

Buzzers… TGIF…

I’m always putting myself into situations, that may open up new opportunities for me and for everyone else on here. And for those I meet in person, daily.And one reason why we’ve returned to Amazon… For things related to the S-curve experience via Morebuzz…  Is because I’ve personally been shopping around for stuff.

– A new phone
– A new ‘simple’ TV (To return as a ‘very’ casual gamer)
– TC2.0 gear (I actually done this a year ago… But got busy in the city and with taking care of all of YOU)

And it reminded me of how addictive and inspiring, online shopping can be. Especially when being redirected from stuff that you consume via social media pics/vids.

So… Back on Amazon we are.

It is a little different this time though. As the S-curve experience is more established now. Many of us are doing a lot of things within this now…

Everything is becoming a lot more specific because of that.Right now… I’m surrounded by FitBuzzers, who do more regular TC2.0 trips than me.

So yes… The newsletter is still very much LIVE and in the moment.

I haven’t done as many trips, as there’s a lot of stuff going on behind the scenes. Which should all come to light in the coming months.

You’re too late… Goodbye!

Buzzers… TBT vibe…

We’re going to go over a few recent updates, before we get into why you’re ‘too late’. So let’s get into it…

#1 We’ve switched back to Amazon for most of what you see on Morebuzz.

Why?

Because it’s all about ‘trust’. You trust buying on Amazon. That trust factor, is also the reason why everything else on More buzz, is a premium product or service @ stages 1-4 and specific supplements.

Because the quality/value is that much higher than the norm.

#2 New FitBuzzers on the scene and new S-curve members succeeding in exactly the same way as in

recent previous years.

Yup. It’s the same s*** different day for ME. But for you… As a ‘member to be’… It changes everything.

#3 > Stage 1 is becoming more popular…Which means it has become a protocol part of the process.

So even though stage 3 is where the heart of everything lives. It all starts at stage 1. This is important. Because it’s where the foundation is built. Without that foundation (Which takes 2-4 weeks to build), you can’t really win > like this.

You would usually do stage 1 and 2 within a 4 week period. After that, it’s all stage 3. Should you decide to continue on.

#4’You can optional’ (Below) is still very much here to stay. Still early days. But it should still become a protocol ‘thing’

And if you look back to 2010. You can safely say, that the fitness world has boomed. The world has boomed since then.

– I’ve seen S-curve members, become individual influencers.
– I’ve seen S-curve members, have the courage to start their own businesses, because of ME.
– I’ve seen S-curve members visions, completely change, from a local one, to a global one.

I have also watched the internet grow, from being deeply into e-commerce (Circa 2005). and everyone around me, thinking the internet was going to crash, as people were getting scammed a lot that year (People selling cars that didn’t even exist)!

This was 2005.

Look at what eBay and Paypal are now!

Basically…. What you don’t want, as a member… And as an individual… Is to take action. Start winning. And realise all the awesome things you could have been doing. If you had started earlier.

All of these scenarios… Is partly why we’ve become an S-curve experience. Because we touch on so many other topics during our 121 chats. That it’s almost impossible to not expand into other areas.

And even when we get into our first chats… A lot of the things that have caused your fitness and health to slip, aren’t related to fitness. It’s all because of ‘life’ shenanigans.

For me… It slipped… Because the Silicon Valley ‘start up’ world took over my life. So work life screwed me up. One way to balance that today. Is > TC2.0 trips.

So just like the updates to stages 1-4… Most of what you see added on here over time… Is a natural occurrence/progression.

Conclusion

A lot of the great memories that you’re creating every single day… Can be improved upon, via what we do here for you in S-curve world.

The world in general, moves at a much faster pace, now thay everyone has embraced the internet.

So please… No more missing out on s***!
