The 30 day epic butt/tiny waist challenge…

There’s always two queries/questions that come up once FitBuzzers kick start

that regime…

First….

You REALLY need to get on a chat app!

– This is how I keep you on the fitwagon

– It’s waaaay better than communicating via email.

– It’s instant

– It’s personal

– It’s ‘real’

So if you start, do yourself a favor and get on Skype/Viber/FB messenger

/Whatsapp. No if’s or maybes… Just do it!!

Second…

Upgrading to bronze…

That’s the next step to take if you decide that you want to continue your plan.

And a new plan for each month will open up on a new tab on your same member

page.

Butt challenge time…

There was a great response to last weeks challenge/test.

There’s actually a gazillion ways to do these. Sooo…. Let’s have another one

shall we…

**Shred to smexy fat blast**

Rules

No breaks… Just ‘go’ until you’re knocked out.

#1 Bleep test sprints (Run 15 meters back and forth until near failure)

#2 Hanging (From pull up bar) ‘half’ sit ups

#3 Star jumps (Jump squats can be done, but stop if your knees start to hurt)

#4 One arm (Alternating) kettlebell swings

#5 Drop set bicep curls (It’s harder than you think)

Then the video versions + all the bells and whistles (Like… How to tailor these

into your plan) will be available on your member pages. Just message and I’ll

Round 2 of the Epic Butt/Tiny Waist Bodyweight Circuit

Well… It was a lot of fun creating this for you. So you’ll have a lot of fun while shredding

to smexy, while keeping your butt (Always say no to ‘shrunk butt’).

Round 1 members… Be ready!

New meal plans on the bronze plan

These come weekly on silver/gold. But for those of you on bronze butt… Variety just got

a little more interesting…

Variety… Which plays a vital role @ your S-curve results (Do not ignore this fact!).

Stay on the fitwagon blueprint S-curve tips…

– Milk alternatives @ breakfast

> Almond milk + Whey (To boost protein content).

> Oats boiled/microwaved in water (It tastes exactly the same once ‘thick’) + Whey for

flavor.

– Kill the ‘daytime hunger’ foods

> Walnuts

> Omelettes

> Avocados

– Results stuff via workouts

> Mon/Weds/Fri workout days for a few weeks.

> Mon/Thurs/Sun for a few weeks after.

Why?

Because your body will always look at it’s 70-80% best during your most active

workout moments.

You need to give it some extra rest to start looking 90-95% great.

Hence… 48 hour rest periods @ Mon/Thurs/Sun.

We usually do an S-curve challenge workout on Fridays.

Instead, we’ll do it today… And tomorrow, will be S-curve meal focused (That may change).

For super butt and S-curve progress…

The following is a gym workout (Unlike the usual ‘anywhere’ workouts over on bronze/silver

/gold).

Rules

– 2 minute rest between sets.

– 3 minute rest between exercises.

– You’re lifting the correct weight if you’re failing at the last few reps on each set.

#1 Feet + Shoulder raised single leg (heavy) barbell hip thrust 3 x 8 reps each leg

#2 Super rep pull ups (Assisted if need be) 2 x 8 reps

#3 Standing single leg (smith machine) barbell deadlift 2 x 8 reps

#4 Laying tricep extensions (Barbell hits your forehead) 3 x 10 reps

#5 Cable machine 45 degree hyper extended donkey kick backs

#6 Hanging half leg raises with ankle weights/dumbbell between feet 3 x 10 reps

– Do the above if your body fat % is below 25%

– Do the above if you struggle to see changes in your body/S-curve quality

– Do different variations of the above and do these workouts for 21 days (3 days a week)

– Follow the S-curve meal structure

Remember… The workout is just the trigger for results. Eating S-curvishly is what will fix you.

And remember… This isn’t tailored like we do over on bronze/silver/gold. So ‘go easy’.

Today… A question that crosses an S-curve members mind…

What to do after 6 months on the Official S-curve Challenge (Bronze, silver or gold)?

Well…

Time frames + goal setting

This is a topic that I covered waaaay back in time (Reply and I’ll send you the post).

In short… We set these time frames so that you actually achieve the set goal.

– 30 days

– 3 months

– 6 months

You’ll notice that successful members from the hall of fame achieved a set goal within

those time  frames.

Which is of course the reason why time frames exist. It works!

After 6 months?

Well… Business as usual mostly. Ya just start a new payment plan. That’s it.

Today… A 30 day plan to build an epic butt/tiny waist (If you

struggle to gain mass).

Workouts

Do the following as a workout 3 x a week.

Abs

Hands raised mountain climbers with ankle weights (Till failure).

Butt

Standing donkey kick backs.

Back

Weighted pull ups (Go assisted if you need to).

Legs

Squat (Machine) > Calf raise all angles.

Shoulders

Front and lateral raises.

Nutrition

– Increase your total daily intake by 300 calories… Or just eat a little more of the

same foods @ every meal (See S-curve meal structure on ‘Morebuzz’).

– Eat whey, casein (together) and fish oil before you go to bed, every night.

– Eat nuts for your day time snacks (Food label should read high in mono/poly fats).

We both know that’s you’re goal. And there’s plenty examples of it via @fitbuzz social profiles.

The 30 day challenge has some new updates, to ensure that your first month is a ‘best’ month,

which then sets you up for even better future months.

The future months is when you decide to continue on with your plan, which is what the

bronzebutt, silverbutt and goldbutt plans are for (Below… After the newsletter stuff).

#1 New ‘day one’ questions added (Makes your plan YOUR plan, a little more).

#2 Tailored nutrition plan, brief walk through (It gets left out on purpose as mandatory

in the beginning).

It’s just that it’s important if you’re coming into this as an intermediate/advanced trainee.

#3 3 month ‘testing’ action plan.

Testing… Because we typically work month by month. Each new month is based on the 

previous months results/events.

Mandatory S-curve tips/rules to kick start your week…

– Eat a complete protein food @ every meal (Whey is the easiest to consume on the move).

– Not on a tailored plan? Start your workouts with an exercise that you struggle with… Start 

your workouts by targeting the body parts you want to focus on the most.

– Selfie, selfie-belfie and belfie-selfie once a month (You MUST!).

– The S-curve meal structure… Follow this without fail!
